Of course the Ms know something. Jennifer and Johannah live in a house where the grownups are always talking about Josh's case. Mackynie and the younger girls are friends. Michael probably plays with them too. Of course they'll talk about "what your dad did." Once Mackynie and Michael are told (which was probably months ago), all the younger Ms will know something. I suspect the older Ms aren't going to share all the gory details with their younger sibs.

I really want the Behavior Panel to do the Duggars.  I love their analysis even though I wouldn't want to have a drink with any of them individually.

I doubt they are hearing the gory details because JB didn't seem to find them particularly upsetting.  I think JB and M know he did it so I think any talk of framing or innocence, if happening, is only when speaking directly to the kids.  But I don't doubt in the conversations they're overhearing there is talk of porn, but no distinction between CSAM and legal stuff.

As far as the molestations go, if my experience in a family with secrets like this is any indication that's not being spoken about openly unless necessary and then in coded language.

Anna probably locked herself into a room at the TTH where the Ms run feral. At first I thought she’d locked herself up with her newborn, but now I’m thinking the newborn is probably pawned off to Jana and Anna spends her time crying and blaming herself.

My guess is what they told the kids was that Satan had tempted their dad his whole life because of what a strong Christian he is.  The internet is evil and once you go on it it's easy for Satan to tempt you to click on something sinful and that's what happened to daddy.

I watched the JB body language video but didn’t care for all the emphasis on the commentator’s over-the-top outrage. I mean, we all feel that way. I’d rather hear more specifics about what the Duggar body language was saying.

I do wonder and worry if Anna and Josh may have already tried to get pregnant yet again before he went to trial. How could she do it with this man ever again? Would her mind not be screaming to her about all the CSAM he’d been viewing?? While raising his own kids and pretending to be Mr. Reformed? Anna has ick all over her if she comes up pregnant now.

Yes, but when there's a court case, there are meetings, telephone calls, grownups talking strategy, etc. I remember being a kid, and I overheard a lot of things I wasn't supposed to know about.

I would be shocked if that were not the case.  Not that she's pregnant, but that they tried.

I'm not sure JB would have supported this. JB & M believe in abstaining a certain amount of time after the birth of a boy and even longer after a girl.  I could see JB using this as an excuse to ensure one less mouth for him to feed (M8).

So far, all the body-language videos I've watched online have been compromised by the interpreter already knowing too much about a subject's actions and demeanor beforehand. It certainly seemed to be the case with the linked video. Also, my personal preference would be an interpreter who wasn't expressing strong emotions themselves to what they were interpreting. Wouldn't be as entertaining, I guess, and wouldn't get the clicks. I found the video of Josh's proposal a little more intriguing because Anna's reaction was so striking and I hadn't noticed it before. 

Additionally, I'm really interested in the couple that made those two videos and the way the woman responds to the man (her husband?) and vice versa. I'd like to see a body language video done on them. 

I'm with you. I think body language interpretation is a real thing but I wouldn't take it for gospel, especially under these circumstances. Fascinating though.

I think they probably all know (or will soon know) that Daddy/Josh is in jail because he was looking at porn.   I doubt they will know it was CSAM, and I doubt anyone around them is going to talk about CSAM.

However, if CPS gets to talk to the kids, some will get an idea, perhaps.

Actions I agree with, but they need to see previous footage to get a baseline.  Often times the Behavior Panel will point out something that often means X but has to be disregarded with the person because it's part of their baseline and they do it all the time.  

It's hard because you can't do a cold reading because it's meaningless without a baseline, but in cases like this collecting that will expose them to info on their actions.

Considering it’s alleged that Joy didn’t even know what happened to her, I agree - there’s no way that any of them know very much at all.

The difference is that with Joy, I don't think many people in that house knew all the details.  Josh knew and told grown ups.  The girls knew bad touching had happened.  But very few of the children in that house then knew full details.  Most of the known details come from what Josh has confessed, not the girls themselves, especially with how often and how long it happened over.  According to Bobeye Holt, JB & M didn't even know full details, because they didn't want to know 🤬

Now in the TTH, there are lots of people who do the gory details. Jason and James are unmarried and living in the boys room, they've attended some of the trial.  They therefore do know details.  Jackson (and Tyler) live in same room as room as Jason and James. Thinking that Jason and James haven't told Jackson is completely unrealistic.  Its likely that Jackson or some of the other boys have told Hannie and possibly Jenny (there isn't a big age gap between Jackson and Hannie).  If the lost girls know from older brothers, and Mack has been hanging around, then I can't see how Mack wouldn't have heard something.  Also Hannie has been seen with a smart phone, even if her internet has been locked down with parental controls, she has some internet access (we know that various Duggars have snuck on instagram without permission - cough Josiah cough), she won't have been able to miss it.  Its all over social media and instagram.  Jason and James are also instagramming from the house.

This is a different world with a different set of children from the initial touching.

Then - they had very young children, minimal internet and a lot of parental oversight and a tiny house. It would have been far easier to lock down information and reduce talking.

Now - lots of children, many of whom are older, a huge house - so easier to talk without parents hearing, less time to supervise - JB & M will have been busy with Josh and Anna, Jana will have been distracted by M&Ms and pinterest and her own legal troubles, and children with internet access.  I don't think its possible for them to have locked it down and stopped the younger Js from knowing.  And if the younger Js know and Mack is around, then she'll likely know something.

They also say lying is a sin yet JB lied like crazy. I think these folks bend their rules all the time.

Like vigourously vetting your daughters husbands and subjecting them to highly embarassing moral lectures amd inquisitions, whilst marrying off your son to some unsuspecting woman in the full knowledge of what he has done and is capable of for example.

I'm still concerned about the jury. I read one thing on the Daily Mail, and it's given me nightmares. To have to actually see videos and photos must have been heart wrenching. Go to prison, Josh, and don't come out for a long long time.

As far as the M kids go, I'm sure it will be couched as Satan tempting a godly man, but daddy is going to bring all those heathen prisoners to Jesus, so it will be ok. Poor little Ms.
