Alabama Wants to Ban Healthcare for Transgender Youth

Alabama is seeking a transgender healthcare ban for minors. It would prohibit doctors from prescribing puberty blockers and performing surgeries for transgender youth. Violation of the law is punishable by 10 years in prison.

These are decisions that belong solely to the child, their doctor, and their parents FULL STOP! Who the fuck do these people think they are? If this passes (and it most likely will), I fear for the physical and mental health of Alabama's transgender youth. Make no mistake, this isn't about the well-being of transgender youth. It's straight up transphobia! God I hate my state!
