Katie Bates
Katie is the eleventh child and seventh daughter of Gil and Kelly. She was born October 5, 2000 (18.) She's still homeschooled and is doing dual-enrollment at Crown College. She’s due to finish a one year Bible certificate program in 2018. She mentioned in early 2018 that she wanted to pursue Nursing, but a lot of FJers weren’t sure how realistic a goal this is given how strenuous and NIKE! working as a Nurse can be. Katie later said she would be enrolling in the Cosmetology program at Crown instead and no explanation for the switch was provided.
