Whew, well it appears that someone at my work was more on the ball, because today they brought in "hashbrown casserole" to share. Did not involve actual TaterTots, but a hashbrown casserole that includes a can of cream of chicken soup and melted cheese (and sour cream?!?) has got to be pretty close.

My husband was a day early and made some kind TTC with brats. Everyone laughed at me when I turned down dinner and said that I wouldn't turn fundy. It wasn't that, it was the fact it was too much of everything for me. Too rich and cheesey and too yucky. I just ate some dry tator tots and the brats. Yes, I'm spoiled, what of it. :snooty:
