I only recently got a stylus and a large part of it was so I could use the ipad for art. My apt isn't big and I am a messy creative person. I need one with a finer tip though. Anyhow I too have been doing this coloring thing for years. I was excited and rather amused to see it pop up here. Strange convergence of interests.

That's really pretty.  I really like the "color wheel" look of the center flower thingy :)

I haven't tried the color therapy app and I never thought to get a fine type stylus to use the apps.  My stylus has a big fat tip so I always just use my finger since it's about the same effect.   I hate having to zoom all the way up to see the tiny bits though.  I like to look at the whole picture to see if I have the color I want so I spend a lot of time resizing and then I get bored.

Thank you. I always like a rainbow look when the color options are limited.

Although it would help with the coloring, there's some really cool drawing apps out there. That's what I want the finer point for.

Upon the suggestion of people here I've been trying the colorfy app but I can't figure out how to extract the pictures for sharing purposes. Am I missing something?

Another thing-i love those gelly roll pens. I found them when I started college in 1997 and my notes would be saturated in the margins because I just liked how well the ink flowed. As I have now become more fiscally solvent, the full $80 set is creeping up my list. First though, I'm doing some body art.

For Mother’s Day, they allowed each of the kids to pick where they went for an activity/meal over the weekend (lunch, dinner and dessert Saturday and Sunday, shopping Saturday and Sunday, movie Sunday). She also allowed them gum, candy and slime, which she said was a mistake. Looks like a weekend of fast food and cheap crap. It also sounds like way too much family togetherness in a short time. She wants to make it a new tradition.

As per usual with Karissa, she talks about how much it cost and how they are normally good stewards of their money. Shut up about cost and be thankful you have the financial wherewithal. Many of your followers don’t. How about not loading your kids up with a weekend of junk food and either donating some of that money to a food bank or doing a volunteer experience with your kids?

She called it a yes weekend and it definitely wasn’t. Each kid got to choose one thing. That’s it. And the thing they chose had major parameters. So they could only choose from a small list. The places to shop were all dollar store type places (5 Below and Popshelf). And almost all the food places were fast food. Then one of the youngest kids chose the movie. And I think they let him choose Planet of the Apes. Which is PG 13 and is really long. I’m sorry but most of the kids were too young to sit there and watch it. They’re were other movies that would have been a much better choice. Like Garfield. She had parameters for what stores and fast food places, why not for the movies? These kids got ONE choice for a whole weekend. How fucking sad. I bet they get almost no choice in their lives.

Part 4: the last sentence cut off is then came the surprise. The doctors were not aloof. They were focusing on their jobs. Because they know it’s life or death. And they want to get you into surgery sooner rather than later. They don’t know you like your perfect soulmate loveday. 🙄

She seemed REALLY mad about the twins.  I've only had two full term pregnancies and they did a hell of a number on my body, and not amount of HIIT is going to snap you back after 8 singleton and 2 twin pregnancies.

Guess she'll just have to go shopping about it.

Arman Smith shared a bunch of photos of Bethany and her kids and then wished her a happy Mother’s Day on his stories. No one else…

(I cropped it to just his caption because there were lots of photos of the kids)

I’m honestly glad Wally and Arman seem to be regular visitors for the Lanes. They also have the Lane side of course. But it’s good to have some Smith siblings too.
