Won't someone please think of THE DATA?!

Winnie the Pooh "truthers."  Is WTP m/f? Apparently this is a thing.

DQ's 911 call.

Labor: to drug, or not to drug - that is the question.

RENT.

School musical productions.

Ck noticed that Jessa donated the appetizer platter. (Now out in the cornfield)

Happiness about TP on sale is clear symptom of full-blown Stage 5 Adulthood.

Seeweed's name - just stop the madness.

Crotchfruit origins.  Could be a 2011 vintage.

Mommy Wars.

"OMG people please get on topic right now!!! And won't somebody please think of the data!"   Snort.

Have a lovely evening :)

You know I appreciate the sashimi platter in honor of my trip to Japan, just not the contents LOL.

None of that is nice.  It's Winnie the Pooh for god's sake.(

(Recently gave my baby grandson my copy of The House at Pooh Corner' signed by one Christopher Robin Milne. So there.)

I just had to post this re: Winnie... (Oh, & I don't care what his gender identity is ... but I guess I assumed male.  My little tiny granddaughter is Czech-American and her Winnie the Pooh is "Medvedek Pu" .     So cute.    And her nummy, paci, pacifier, you know - that plug you put in their mouth when they cry?   is a dudlik.

I obviously miss a lot of fun on Chat!

-  It's Winnie-the-Pooh (dammit Walt Disney) and he is definitely male.

- What data am I supposed to be thinking about?  :my_confused:

I know Polish officials had trouble with Pooh's lack of pants. http://www.nydailynews.com/news/world/winnie-pooh-criticized-polish-officials-no-pants-article-1.2019035

A few quotes

“It doesn’t wear underpants because it doesn’t have a sex. It’s a hermaphrodite,” stated one councilmember in audio leaked to Polish media.

and

“This is very disturbing,” Jachimska said. “The author ... cut (Pooh’s) testicles off with a razor blade because he had a problem with his identity.”

Someone on the Jessa thread was complaining about thread drift. And also told people they should put all off topic chat behind spoiler tags. Especially pictures because it eats up the data on her phone plan.

@Rachel333

Thanks for the heads up about the Poles and Medvedek Pu's lack of pants!

My son-in-law is going to LOVE hearing about that; I don't think the Czechs have any problem with Pu/Pooh's private parts.

WHY IS EVERYTHING SHADED

I missed it when I fell asleep at my computer, but this afternoon I saw you asked if I would put placenta in my whiskey smoothie and really felt it needed a response.

ABSOLUTELY NOT

I’m always fascinated when someone who was raised not religious & becomes extremely religious. I know 2 people who were raised not very religious Jewish & became very religious.

I was raised atheist and became very religious in my teens. I was a deep thinking philosophical kid with big emotions, cracking under the pressure of adolescence in an extremely academic environment; Christianity offered me something to help answer the 'why' of it all (although even then, I always believed in the scientific account of the 'how'). I am also - although I didn't understand or have the label for it then - asexual, and the whole notion of no-sex-before-marriage was oddly reassuring to me, like a 'safe' way to date and fall in love with church boys who weren't supposed to want to touch me sexually (spoiler alert: they still did). While I was at university I worked for a Christian organisation and led the youth group at my church, then I got married and moved to a country town where I knew nobody, and the church community was my first 'in' into the community. I was a stay-at-home mother who spent my days going to church playgroup or hosting bible study with other stay-at-home mothers. Regardless of what's happening inside or what your private prayer life is like, when your social group is all religious it helps keep you religious. It's only in the past few years, with my kids all at school, my divorce finalised, working in secular arts organisations, plus time on more forums like this, that I've become a much more liberal Christian who doesn't let it dictate my entire life.

Yeah, the conclusion states that writ SHOULD BE denied. This is the Fed's response to The Felons plea. Remember, they were granted an extension until 5/24, so this makes sense.

I think that’s pretty standard for the vast majority of people who make 7 figures. Most people don’t make that kind of money without stepping on some necks to get there.
