Well, guys, I'm going through SEVERE withdrawal. I haven't done any colouring at all in two weeks (!) due to visiting family, which includes a nine-month-old who would be a challenge, to put it mildly. Since I've only posted 27 times here, I thought I should dig something up so you don't all forget about me:kitty-wink:.  I didn't post this originally because the photo is so out of focus. This is one (of the two) where my pink Copic basically threw up on my page. I screamed in horror and then set about attempting to camouflage it. I was unsuccessful in that endeavour.  I am sure you can clearly the tragic spot, even with the lack of focus.

I like this design and the colors you chose for it. Especially like the vases and the way you colored them. I think I can see where the accident happened with the Copic, but it's not obvious and I had to look specifically for it to find it.  I think you did a great job coloring this design!   :marker:   :my_shy:

Thanks, guys.  The vases are my favourite parts and I'm bummed the photo isn't clear enough to see them well. I believe I rocked them out *humble brag*. (Well, nothing *humble* about that statement, actually.)

That looks awesome. I have this book and mine looks nothing like that. I have to get some Coptic pens...

I don't see where the accident happened, either, and I love the colors!

This is a different kind of page.  I like it.  I don't see your mishap even after looking specifically for it, so I think you did a better job of disguising it than you think.  You know where it is, so it stands out to you.

How are you surviving without coloring for so long?  ;)

On a side note: I finally got Secret Garden!   I also picked up the Harry Potter Creatures book.  It's a bit of a different style for me, so we shall see how those turn out for me when I get through this batch of pulled out pages.

It seems the police think there’s enough evidence to prove Mica Miller committed suicide. Even if she did commit suicide and her husband didn’t murder her, he needs to step down as pastor. It’s obvious he groomed her and divorced his wife to marry her. And she did claim he was abusive to many people. He sounds like he’s a dangerous person and should not be in a position of authority pastoring a church.

I’m sorry (no I’m not), but I’m just having too much fun with this whole bear vs man thing.

Art acts like moving is only something the poor have to deal with but it's really not.

Great point! Also, omg adulting is hard.

I never fully understood how important gratitude is for mental health until watching Artemis this past year. They went from successfully crowdsourcing an urgent move (should have been empowering, that took so much hard work and co-ordination on Artemis' part), and instead somehow reinforced all of their negative views about the world.

Gratitude helps us all be thankful for the little things, and appreciate the big things. But it is a habit, and if you don't make any effort to acquire it, no matter what good things happen in your life it's impossible to appreciate anything positive because of the constant pity party.

I floss and brush every day and have a mouthful of cavities.  My husband, who brushes, but doesn't floss regularly, doesn't.  Sometimes it's just your particular oral flora.

But yes, she needs to consult an actual dentist, not the internet.  Oral infections can be very serious!

I am of the belief that a large part of why a person is prone to cavities is out of their control. I know kids who brush twice a day everyday and are prone to cavities. And then here come my kids with zero cavities and I think they do a bad job of brushing their teeth. I’ve seen them. I know they miss plenty of spots. Yet not cavities. My sister and I never had cavities as kids. Both of us got our first cavity when we were pregnant with our second kid. So I just assume our lack of cavities is highly genetic.

I'm surprised she admits to having cavities (plural), I guess she's not the bestest teeth brusher, or Jesus has better things to do than protect her teeth against cavities. 🙄  And, yes, wtf asking over the internet for advice, dumb.
