The cat in the window

I went on a buying spree and ended up with new crayons, markers and books. I suddenly went from one colouring book to five. I've also discovered audio books and they go hand in hand with colouring (or origami for that matter - another hobby of mine). Anyway, here's a page from Cats by Medmoiselles.

And here's the resident kitty inspecting it (he can't resist a good book! :)):

I really like the shading/multiple colors in the brickwork; it makes it seem more realistic.

Excellent brick work!  That's tedious but it looks great. Both of your kitties are absolutely fantastic!  Love both pics so much!

Your brick work is wonderful.  Very realistic.   Your cat is gorgeous.  I love fluffy cats.

While I agree a universal basic income would be a huge help for many (me included!!),

I’m not sure it would make much of a difference. Because if everyone got it, I bet it would only massively increase inflation. Kind of like the cost of living is different in different countries and is usually higher where the average income is higher.

I don’t see a problem with not wanting to leave the house every single day.

Wow, I couldn’t imagine. The only times I don’t leave the house on a daily basis are when I’m sick (and even then, unless I’m REALLY sick I try to at least go for a walk to get some fresh air or walk to the pharmacy if I need to pick up medicine). And very very rarely on a lazy Sunday when I’m home alone and get the chance to do nothing but sewing all day. But that happens maybe once a year.

I just feel really bad and lazy and unhealthy when I stay in all day.

She was 30 and they'd met in 2009. That's 15 years ago -- looks like grooming to me.  They were married in 2017. It's very suspicious that he announced her death and then asked the congregation not to discuss it in the church.

I will not be at all surprised if it's revealed he hired someone to kill her.

Even less than not surprised at all if a new very young fiancee appears in a couple of months.

Someone said he already has a new girlfriend but I haven’t seen proof.
