The Others

Done with a combination of Sharpie pens, fine tip pens, gel pens, and the Tombow markers.  I plan on filling in the white spaces of the first and third ones with a light grey to add some contrast. The third one is the one I colored on the plane to and from Vegas last week.

hah!  The third one down, I just recently colored.  It's sitting in my "to be scanned" pile right now.  I like the way you've done yours.

I love the vibrant colors in the second picture.  So pretty together.

The first pic is great as is, but I agree that it would pop better with the background colored in.

Welcome aboard :)

Thanks guys!

The colors of the second were inspired by the colors of a poinsettia. The design of the inner circle reminded me of them, so that's what I went with.

My favourite is the circles picture. I agree about the background but backgrounds are such a pain!  I really like them all, though.

She was 30 and they'd met in 2009. That's 15 years ago -- looks like grooming to me.  They were married in 2017. It's very suspicious that he announced her death and then asked the congregation not to discuss it in the church.

I will not be at all surprised if it's revealed he hired someone to kill her.

Even less than not surprised at all if a new very young fiancee appears in a couple of months.

Someone said he already has a new girlfriend but I haven’t seen proof.

I hope she feels like she has a choice particularly in the area of procreation. Does she realize the likely reason she doesn’t want to leave the house might be d/t the fact that she has 5 kids, 8 and younger?

She has stated they started planning / spacing after Spurgeon and Henry were born so close together, and that they’ll decide they’re done at some point - but that’s not a decision she’ll make when she’s pregnant or postpartum.

They have a big yard, she had a play structure at their last place so likely one at this house. And there’s plenty of cousins for playtime.

For some reason, I think people tend to assume that if you have an assertive personality with strong opinions, that you are naturally an extrovert and like to go do all the things and be out peopling. And conversely if you are a quiet people pleaser who doesn’t express strong opinions  - that you’re naturally an introvert who would prefer to stay home doing things with just your family. In my experience that isn’t always the case.  Nothing better or worse about any of those traits - they just aren’t always distributed in the way we expect them to be.

They need some mental health assistance because there's a strange codependency going on with Ryann and thinking the world owes them a living is entitled.

While I agree a universal basic income would be a huge help for many (me included!!), at the end of the day this seems to be their primary need. Unfortunately good mental healthcare is incredibly hard to find in the best of circumstances and worse when one is on Medicaid. Sadly I don't see things changing for Art without outside interventions that will probably never come.

I’m not there yet. And I’m to the point where I need to go every 4 weeks- not 1 day more. It is the 1 luxury that I hang onto. No housekeeper, no mani/pedis except when I go to So America where I can get both done, at home, for $20 bucks- same for massages.

Oh I would totally not be there yet either had the allergy not occurred. I am embarrassed to admit this but I still dyed my hair a few times even after I knew I was allergic. I would deal with the insane redness and itching for days. The last time, my face swelled up and that scared me enough to stop. Otherwise I would still be getting my hair done.
