Both of their homes look like they are probably on wheels. Both of those house things could probably be moved away from the fence. They are both choosing to keep being petty. I also would guess they are both bad neighbors.

It's also hard to guage their accuracy. The neighbors could very well have good, legitimate, non-antagonistic reasons for building so close to them. Regardless of the neighbors' behavior & decisions it sounds like Carver & Haley are bad neighbors themselves.

The Bateses give boys more freedom so I’m glad it’s another boy.
