Thanks!  I like the No Dogs pic too, @caszandra   The watering cans were all fun to color and I colored the gardening gloves to look just like the ones Mrs. Baby has...she liked that detail!  

This page took about 6 hours to color all together...worked on it off and on for several days whenever I had the energy.   

When you see the finished pics someone else has done it looks really easy to colour but when you have the pic in front of you it can be a bit overwhelming realising just how much there is to do to get it finished.

Very cool making Mrs Baby happy copying her gardening gloves, I would have like that too if someone done that in a pic for me!

That's true...some of the more complicated pages can take hours and hours to get finished, at least for me they do since I'm not a particularly fast colorist. The two page spreads and large intricate mandalas I've seen other members post are amazing...wonder how long those types of pages took to finish?!   

Mrs. Baby definitely got a kick out of seeing her gloves in the pic with the kitties!

Thank you, @iweartanktops!  That color is Winsor & Newton ProMarker Lemon.  I LOVE it too!  Going to have to buy another one soon...using it so much.

I did not need to read your name to know this was yours, @Tikobaby.  I love that we can determine who coloured a page just by looking at it.  It is stunning and colourful and gorgeous and perfect, as always.

Thanks so much for your sweet comment, @Fascinated!  Am very glad you like the page. I think it's one of my favorites so far.  All those kitties were fun to color!  I'm trying to work on one from my new  Art Deco/Egyptian book, but the design has such tiny, intricate elements and there is way too much pre-printed black and grey in the book's designs for my taste.  I'm using my Fineliners a lot due to the extremely narrow lines and small size of many of the drawing's elements.  It's a bit of a slog...but I'm going to try to finish it. 

I can see that this would be a challenge with the small spaces.  But you did an incredible job.  I understand how difficult these can be. The result is so worth it, though. It's so beautiful!

I love the watering cans and how you make yellow seem like a natural color for backgrounds.  I tend to think "sky" so usually use blue, but you have shown that isn't necessary at all
