Travel Coloring

I'm on a trip right now and I didn't have room to pack my coloring supplies. During my phone session with my therapist, she told me I needed to get to the store and purchase some. I found this kit at Target, and I have to share with you all!

One side has 50 illustrated cards to color, and the other side has 10 colored pencils.

It's a little bit of a challenge but still fun. :)

What a cool idea.  I'm glad you found something to do while traveling.  I have several of the "pocket" or "on the go" coloring books that are like 5x7ish and a 24 pack of cheap colored pencils in the pocket of my car door, since I never know when I might have the opportunity or need to color when out in the car.  We do a lot of driving to dr. appts, which can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours, so I have gotten pretty adept at coloring in a moving car ;)

They didn't specify a due date, but ended the video with this message. She must be due very early 2025. They did two ultrasounds - one three weeks or more before the gender reveal where they found out that they were expecting twins, and one close to the gender reveal where they found out that it was two girls. I don't have kids and don't know how early you can see if it's a boy/girl, but I assume she must be at least 10-12 weeks.

I zoomed in on their Instagram post. Ultrasound said 13 weeks and 1 day taken July 15th 2024. Babies have a due date of jan 20 2025

    • A news article just popped up on my feed about these people and the first thing I thought was "I wonder if FJ has talked about these crazy parents?" 😄

In today's article there's info about how they plan to educate their children by "unschooling" them. They have started a school called the Collins Institute for the Gifted for middle school through post-graduate age students. You can visit their fancy website, if you desire to waste an hour.

These are clearly people who think they know everything and the rest of us are bumbling idiots.

It makes no sense at all.  If anything, it shows again how Artemis did not thoroughly research the costs and they should have saved a little of the thousands of dollars they raised for any costs they had not anticipated at their new kocation.  They are idiots.

Their landlord is a family member or someone who is renting "off the books?" (I suspect that in some areas, there is a significant fraction of "rentals" that do not have certificates of occupancy. This may be because they are grandfathered in, or just anti-government, "you're not the boss of me" types.)

This is one of those times when Gary asks, "Am ah makin' sense this morning'? Amen?"--  I would have answered "No".

You and me both, sister! That is literally sound-for-sound (I really can't call it word-for-word) what came out of his mouth. I wasn't planning to type so much of it out. But I started with what he was saying right after the reading, because it was so bizarre, and the weirdness never stopped, so I just kept on going.

Among other Garyisms, why read starting in verse 41, then go on and on about things that happened earlier in the story? Why not plan to read from the earlier stuff? Several parts of the story of Joseph fit his "life got turned upside-down" theme.

Gary is such a mental mess.
