Political Rant? Okay, More Like Donald Trump Bashing

I try not to impose my political views on people, as I respect everyone's right to make a formulated, rational decision all on their own, without input from me.  But these people who support, idolize, worship and plan to vote for Donald Trump for President of the United States, well, they've just done lost their freakin minds!!!!

Imagine a President Trump, if you will...  Sorry, I'll give you a moment to regain your senses and realize that this is just a hypothetical situation....

Okay, it might take a little longer still to recover.  I must be patient here....

Let's say he doesn't like what Putin is doing in Ukraine.  First, he'll try to negotiate a plan whereby Mexicans will build a wall around Russia and make the Chinese pay for it.  He'll find out that this won't work so he'll just end up buying Ukraine and crashing their economy to the point where all of their real estate interests are cheap and he'll buy them all up.  Then he puts in lavish hotels, casinos, skyscraper office buildings and condos.  He'll really have Putin fuming and wanting to make a deal then!

Back to reality now, George Carlin, one of my heroes, put it this way:

13312677_1069784753068449_2302918593202743383_n.jpg

So if spoiled Americans, who have been living in conditions far greater than most other places on the planet, can't accept a $7.50/hour wage limit, then they just don't understand how this country is supposed to work!  Only Trump should have enough money to wipe his ass with.  Only Trump can find ways to run up such incredible debt and resolve by just saying, "I'll print more money!"  The rest of you should be awed and wowed by his immense skill, talent and resourcefulness that it won't matter that the water you just drank is laced with so many toxins, it could kill you before you finish reading this sentence because we have no more environmental controls!  You think snow in May is bad, oh, just you wait until the "climate change" Trump has in store for you!

Now, I'm not advocating that Ted Cruz or Jeb Bush or John Kasich were better options, but don't you think the Republican party is so lame that the best person they could find that people would like is Donald Trump?  Seriously?  Are things really so bad in America that the rest of the world laughs at the idea of him even being nominated?  It's truly scary and I fear for those who can't see through this mirage he has placed in front of them.

Just sayin...

I find nothing to disagree with in your rant.

Apparently - yes.

I worry.

Preach it!

I won't say more because I think my hate for Trump is well enough documented.

I've been thinking about this. And I think I've found a situation where Trump might trump Clinton.

Trumps net worth: 4.5 billion USD

Clinton's net worth: 45 million USD

Now lets think about a [hypothetical] situation where the needed funds for running the government can't be appropriated for whatever reason. If your incumbent president  at that time decides 'oh shit, I'm doing this with my own money because it is *that* important', Trump can keep everything ticking along 100 times longer than Clinton.

I mean wouldn't that be worth reconsidering your opinion? Just for at least 1 millisecond?

Except that is only Trump's net worth according to Trump. We have no proof that he has that much and there is plenty of evidence that he does not. For one thing, he once explained--under oath no less-- that he estimates his net worth based on how he feels that day.

That isn't the net worth Trump gave himself. I got the net worth for both candidates from Forbes.com. I assumed that they would use a similar method calculating for both of them. I guess I forgot to add that.

Plenty of other reliable sources think that Forbes overestimated that number. His finances are murky and he refuses to release his tax returns. The Clintons have consistently released tax returns so their net worth is likely accurate or very close to it. Trump, not so much.

He made the undocumented immigrants prepare it at least.

Karissa should have googled tips to save money and used those. Three of her tips (#1 water only, #4 no kids' meals, #13 99 cent kids' meals) all involve eating out! Now having seen some pictures of the meals she chooses to share I would prefer to eat out if I was at her table, but goodness with a family of 12 I would have assumed it wasn't in the cards or was an ultra-rare treat. Although I guess it is better than David and Jill Rod taking themselves out on a date night and leaving the children at home to fend for themselves.

She posted a picture of the kids eating at a restaurant that Im sure doesn’t allow meal sharing and wearing specialized pro-life shirts shortly after the how to save money post.  #1 Accept gifts from whoever will give them to you

My kids don’t wear pajamas to bed. They either wear the clothes they hung out at home in or the clothes they’ll wear the next day.  Once they become a teenager, I give up trying to convince them to wear pajamas.  The youngest I make change if they’ve been outside and she usually chooses to wear clothes for tomorrow.  I have one kid who refuses to sleep on sheets, one who refuses to sleep in a bed and one who wear blue jeans to bed.  They all own pajamas-one wears them to school.   I don’t change if I’ve been home all day, but do if I’ve been running errands or outside.  But I change as soon as I get home and then just wear that to bed.

I’ve known many homeschoolers who don’t enjoy reading.  The parents are usually devastated and still find ways to incorporate reading in their day.  Karissa and JRod don’t even seem to care their kids don’t read.

This is how Karissa saves money. It’s all pretty eyeroll worthy to me. If you want to save tons of money, stop having kids. That’s the biggest money saver of all.

Y'know what also helps to save money? Making more than a living wage.  If someone isn't bringing in enough money to cover their expenses no amount of "stop eating avocado toast" is going to allow someone to save. Say hi to Shaq for me.

It’s crazy to me that she openly admits to drinking an mlm weight loss supplement while pregnant with her 11th.

I often figure most of these teen fundie brides wanted to go to prom and their wedding is their prom.

      That makes sense.

Honestly this picture reminds me of the time we stopped at a TGI Friday’s somewhere in the middle of nowhere in Maryland driving back from Hershey Park when I was maybe 13 and there was a couple in their late 20s maybe at the table next to my family that was clearly on a date night. She was in a black maxi dress that perfectly framed the large butterfly tattoo on her upper back and had her hair curled and a full face of makeup on and he was in a button up plaid shirt and jeans and cowboy boots.

At first I was like they’re really having fancy date night at TGI Friday’s? And then it occurred to me that this was bumfuck MD and that’s what they had to work with.
