About this blog

I'm a newer adult, growing up into an adult world, but like everybody else, I've noticed that there's a whole heck of a lot of things that nobody taught me in school that I'm somehow just expected to know. Join me as I muddle my way through discovering life in general. I do not promise any specific topic or theme...you may love me one day and hate me the next. Dog won't eat? There's a class for that. Want to hand-embroider a monogram because that stupid swirly one all the stores sell is baloney? There's a class for that too. Stick around- you just might be valedictorian.

Oh, and don't buy teak shower mats. They grow mold.

Guest posts welcome, as with any general life help & suggestion.

It's been 5 weeks since I said goodbye to Mija. I can barely stand to go in my bedroom, where she used to curl up by my pillow when it was bedtime. Man, this sucks.
