The film itself wasn't 18+. As someone mentioned earlier, it was an advanced screening and because the film hadn't been rated yet, minors weren't allowed in.

Amy is a strange character. Sometimes I feel really sorry for her because her family obviously thinks she's going to hell but other times she just annoys me. I think she was brought into the show to make the Duggars seem more relatable to the general public. I'm sure that her words and behavior are censored by the Boobman though.
