Also: YAH-Some comes from Lina's blog, I think. Yah is short for Yaweh, which is the biblical name for God. Lina used to use this extensively in her blog in a sad attempt to appear "authentically" Jewish (even though no actual self-respecting Jewish person would ever, ever use that term). Combine this with the word awesome, and you get "Yahsome". ie: "I made tater-tot casserole and a crucifix-shaped challah for shabbat. It was yahsome!"

Jill Duggar? Nazi? explain this one please?

A couple of posters here have said that they get a "tattletale vibe" from Jill. I sort of get it too, but she comes off as a people pleaser at times. Jill made a very smug comment one time that really made me dislike her.

There is one poster who referred to Jill as a Nazi or as someone who would have been the type to turn people into the Nazis. ETA: As I mentioned before, I do get the tattletale vibe from Jill and I can see her being the family rat. I sort of remember KnightinShining Armour talking about how he heard something that one of the older Duggar girls was e-mailing a boy and one of the girls told Boob and Mullet.

What is tomato staking exactly? I know it's from here http://www.raisinggodlytomatoes.com/ch07.php but fundies enjoy beating around the bush and I don't know what they are talking about.

Who do people think the Thinking Housewife is? Lawrence... something? All I keep thinking of is Lawrence Olivier and I know that can't be right!

I'm not attaching non-Duggar Josiah's name to the dictionary in case one day he wakes up, grows some empathy, and realizes stoning gay people is not very nice.

Who is Mark Driscoll? I looked him up and he is a pastor at Mars Hill but I ignore threads about him so I am out of the loop.
