Well, since the state is knowlingly requiring physicians to keep this info from a woman, and knowing that a condition WILL lead to a woman's death if the fetus or embryo is not aborted, there could be a case for second-degree murder against the state and the physician.

A central theme of most anti-choice ideology is the idea that the mother is merely a vessel. Her role is to bring forth and raise babies. I honestly think that most "pro-life" legislators, etc. don't give a damn about whether or not the woman survives pregnancy/childbirth.
