See and I have the EXACT opposite problem. HUGE boobies, and a comparatively small band size. 36DDD bras don't exist at target or walmart or even nordstroms. And it gets worse when i'm nursing, they get HYOOOOOOGE. LIke a G.

The worst part? I can NEVER find pretty bras that fit me right. The FEW that i've found that actually fit, are of the "army surplus" variety, and I have my thrilling choices of black, white or oh my heavens BEIGE.

Everyone says figleaves.com but I have horrid luck with online shopping, EVERYTHING i've ever ordered online didn't fit. Even if I followed the measurement suggestions PERFECTLY. :(

All hail the mighty fluttershies!

*bows*

American Apparel also have a TON of bralettes and go up to an XL but AA is such a gross company (their CEO is very conservative and supported Santorum) and their website is so full of barely-legal teenage models in soft porn poses that I wouldn't recommend them.

I know it's online shopping, sorry! It comes highly recommended though. It's a shame you're not in the UK, for some reason we do DD+ bras better.

I'm about a 40A. Sometimes I don't wear a bra if I'm not leaving the house.

If you're comfortable not wearing a bra at all and are just worried about poking out, you should try those silicone petal things. I tried them recently and they actually work very well. You just place the sticky side over your nipple, and everything's kept quite smooth. I don't really even notice I have them on after a minute or two, and I have skin sensitivity issues. I found mine for around 8 bucks at Target in the "bra accessories" ( ) section.

Not something I'd wear, but this dress is beautiful!

I am an active costumer and design and make a lot of costumes--I do European era costumes such as Regency, Victorian, Rocco, Steampunk, Medevial and I have never heard of this woman before. Not that I need to have heard of her but costumers, for the mainpart, bookmark each other and at least follow ones that do the same work we as individuals do. Regardless of that, she does do good work and I would guess that some of her costumes are handmade (meaning no machine sewing). Impressive and I will follow her now as a fellow costumer.

I found the reviews to be more helpful then anything when shopping online. With figleaves in particular, I found it super helpful to know what ran larger or smaller. I also know your pain, being a 38 F/G right now thanks to nursing. I wish I could gift some of my overflow to those who wanted it!

Flutter- I thought Sumptary laws just blocked purple, red and cloth made with silver and gold, I didn't remember darker blues being blocked, do you have a site you like for more about the laws?

Aww, gee - now I'm going to have to lose another afternoon to looking at dresses I want! :op

As for her ring, they may have been going to a more historic looking design or just didn't want a diamond solitare. My own engagement ring is a flower shape - 6 round emeralds around a single diamond - and people were a little surprised by Aeryn-boy's choice when they saw it after we announced our engagement. (I didn't know he was going to ask, so never did the whole ring-shopping thing with him.)

I like her ring. I'd have preferred the middle sine to be an emerald but the design is different and very nice. I didn't have an engagement ring, I don't like diamonds and just didn't want a ring.
