Was just listening to This American Life on NPR; the show was on the 10 commandments and several guys were talking about their response to #10-- thou shalt not covet, from their perspective as conservative Christianity when they were teens. One said he simply viewed females as "floating heads" with nothing below.

Guess that makes sex kinda challenging.

That's odd, because these fundy guys act like we are just bodies with no brains in our heads. They don't focus on our heads with all the OMG! She is wearing a tank top and shorts! talk they do, nor do they focus on our heads when trying to remove our rights to birth control or safe medical care abortions. They don't focus on our heads when it comes time to fill their daughters heads with knowledge, but instead pray over her hymen and eggs.

Floating heads? Bullshit, they don't even know we have heads.

Just shows he believes the heads have nothing of value. So he imagines the only part he doesn't care about. He focuses so much on women for their bodies that he can't think of them. I personally think womens' countenances can be quite defrauding. :D And if they used their imagination they could figure out how "floating heads" could be made sexual. So soon they'll just have to avoid viewing females altogether.
