I consider myself knowledge about 19 Kids and Counting, I knew Michelle was the youngest but knew nothing else about her siblings.

If Michelle's sister is openly gay, they why would the Duggars have a problem with JC Penney and Ellen Degeneres? Why the thing about no homosexuals on the TLC crew?

Is it possible that Michelle's sister is gay, but the Duggars just pretend otherwise? That way, they can preach teh ebil gay to their kids without cutting them off from an aunt?

At around the 3:20 mark you can see JL talk about how both he and Michelle's father were not on board with them having so many kids. He claims they "adapted to it", but that doesn't sound like approval. I wanted to go back and watch because I hadn't remembered him saying that.

That whole episode is pretty interesting actually. You can see the Bateses in their prairie dress days, and catch JB pontificating about homeschooling. He claims that homeschoolers actually have more opportunities to make friends because they go to homeschool conferences :roll: Yeah, your average homeschooler has plenty of opportunities to make friends, but you have to let them out of the house to do it, and that's not how the SOTDRT works. Hanging out with like-minded people twice a year is not the same as having friends that you get to play with every day.

Oh, and we have Josiah in his Smuggar Jr. period, where he tells us all why we shouldn't listen to rock music...even though he's never heard it.

No, it was shown twice last week. Last night was a rerun. Honestly, you can read the last twenty pages and get a much better explanation than actually watching the show. I'd read everything and finally saw the show last night. Honestly, the only thing that differed for me was the fact that the kids crying made me cry, something I did not expect. Watch at your own risk!
