Pro-Gun, Pro-Life Republican Arrested for Domestic Violence

I have to say, I’m looking forward to the details of how this gun loving man of God smacked his wife and/or daughters around and hearing his justification/apology for it. Nothing says “I should be trusted with a gun and the decisions a woman makes about her own body†than a man that lays hands on his loved ones.

According to the arrest report, Mrs. Hawk says they started drinking at their home early Sunday morning. The report then states the state representative looked at his wife's phone, got mad, and the two began arguing for hours.

The arrest report also claimed Mr. Hawk struck his wife in the face while she was holding their 11-month-old daughter, knocking her to the ground and giving her multiple bruises on her face and arm.

So does this mean that he loses his gun license?

How do people like that even get guns? Ugh.
