The only time I've heard Amy sing was at her Grandfather's funeral. It wasn't "nails on the blackboard" but wasn't anything special either. (Quite acceptable for a family funeral but not at a level I would pay to hear.) I've read in other places that Deanna is pretty good. Can anyone offer links to either Amy or Deanna singing?

Maybe they couldn't get anyone else for that day. Or else they've got a Real Celebrity halfway lined up, but with no firm commitment that they'll actually show. In the latter case, it's no problem bumping Famy off the schedule in favor of someone better because who's going to tune in to watch her?

Does Famy even have a recording contract with a real label? Or is she still shopping herself around, trying to get one? I would think that if anyone had signed her she'd talk about it nonstop.

Famy mentioned several months back about recording in Nashville. My guess is that she was either recording some demos or she might have a contract with a small indie lablel. I don't see her as a material for a major label. If she had a contract with a major label, people would have known about by now.
