What fundie homeschoolers really want

Wow, Santorum just said something honest - what he and many homeschooling fundies really want is to make their children in their own image. This video is creepy because of his words, but even more so because of the supportive crowd:

That's the primary reason fundies homeschool. We all know that. They don't want their kids exposed to different beliefs, like gay people aren't destroying families. So they keep them home. Their kids are so ill-educated that there's no way to even argue that they're homeschooling because of concern over educational quality in their school districts (with Every Child Left Behind, for many people, this is a concern and the reason for homeschooling, and for people conceded about educational quality, there's a higher chance they'll consider socialization and all that stuff fundies ignore).

But since we're all supposedly made in god's image, it seems sacrilegious to want to make kids in one's own image instead. Hell-bound!
