Alabama of course

One of the public schools I work in (not in Alabama) has early release once a week for religious instruction at a church across the street. I had never heard of the 1952 ruling before and thought for sure it had to be illegal. But nope, it's not. I personally think that hour a week could be better spent on, oh, I don't know, maybe academics, but what do I know.

Yea release time for religious activities is legal, a couple districts got hammered because they were too involved in the off campus activity.

FWIW I really don't understand why anyone would live in Alabama if they had a chance to move elsewhere, and I visit friends there just about every year.
