Smuggar could also have a stroke. Stroke can happen at any age to any person although there are certain risk factors that increase risk: high blood pressure, sex, obesity and so on. Smuggar's on the road to several of those risk factors with his lousy eating habits.

OMG, I didn't think of the stroke angle. Anna could be alone with eight or more children when Smuggar dies. How scary!
