Remember when Mommy went down a while ago and met the big wig herself? Well now she is an instructor and LOOK what she is wearing in her photo. Is she going to train in frumpers? beyouthfulnfit.com

Tell me someone lives near that church and can take a class!

What is it with all the spacing on her page? It's weird. Also, if you go to "Trisch's Transformation" page you can see her doing that same freaky thing with her foot. Defrauding!!

I cannot get over the freaky foot thing on the transformation page in a frumper. I looked at the mainpage of the T-Tapp site and all the freaking people do it, it must be part of the training. I am going to watch some youtube videos on t-tapp tomorrow. :)

She's trying to look seksy! How evil and defrauding!!! Clearly the debil has taken over her site and posted private pictures take for her authority!!!!

Here's a T-Tapp YouTube video. I think that the leg thing IS part of the routine--the lady keeps telling them to tuck their pelvis area and bend their knee!

I admire the Seven Sisters mom for working out and becoming an instructor. I can't help but LOL at her frumper pictures, though.

What's a "misses" versus a "wide" size?

I thought dress sizes just went up by numbers and got wider as you went up...?

Her frumper is homemade too, so depending on the pattern(I doubt they even use patterns anymore) the size would vary.

I am embarrassed to say I just watched some T Tapp videos on You Tube and ordered one of her videos from the library. I am doing it for FJ and my obsession for the SS and see why they love it so much. :dance:

It looks like a good workout to get your heart rate up without any equipment and it's low impact. I am tempted to try it...

LOL, clibbyjo! Your fundie research cracks me up.

It does look like a kind of fun workout, though! Even though the "tuck the butt" she always does in the videos is hilarious.

The "W" is for Womens sizes, generally Womens sizes are cut with a little more room than a standard misses size.

I wonder if she's doing this, or if it's her template. But this is how the paragraphs are formated.

There is a sentence or two in paragraph tags

nbsp;

Followed by a non-breaking space, which is also (needlessly) between paragraph tags.

nbsp;

I think she must be manually double spacing, with her template adding the paragraph code. Because I can't imagine doing that manually, or on purpose.

I also noticed double spacing between sentences. That something I think of as "so 20th century" to the point that it really stands out when I see people still using it. Haha.

Some of us old folks appreciate the double spacing .. I also like a big font thank you very much !

If you want a broad audience you need to keep in mind that reading up close gets MUCH more difficult once you hit 40 something.

I've got vision problems but don't expect the writers on the interwebnetz to recognize that. I simply use a larger font and adjust contrasts so web pages are easier for me to read.

      Guess I should update again? Frieda (Kiki, we renamed her) is here since the end of February 2021. She came with a bunch of problems, but is the best dog ever and is doing better every day. But we do now know how a dog with ptsd looks like. For real, not joking. If she is triggered during the day, she wakes up screaming at night. Not like dogs dream, but literally screaming. Other than that she went with us on countless trips, loves hiking and even cable cars. She is one heck of a fearless dog in situations who do not remind her of her old life.
      My Grandpa passed away last May and I'm still grieving a lot. After sharing a house with my grandparents for over 30 years it is just horrible to lose one of them. Even though it was his decision and he got to go like he wanted. At home, in his bed during the night without doctors. He would have need more care and he did not want more care. So after turning 90 he decided to let go and became weaker and weaker.
      In other news my dad stops working for good on April 1st. Retirement time. Keep my Mum and myself in your prayers. We really do not want him at home all the time. Haha!

      I don't always make good decisions for myself due to severe depression but I did today actively decide not to do something that might have been detrimental for me and am very proud of myself.

      Well, this is weird. At some point, recently, I broke my wrist. I had to get a Dexa-scan today (put it off for years) and along with some bone loss, damn I had it a few minutes ago… the results said, “Fracture risk is moderate, and the patient has a significant wrist fracture. Treatment is advised.”  my left wrist aches a little but not near as much as my back, feet, knees or fingers, damn RA. I have no idea how it happened. I haven’t fallen in 2 years, haven’t banged or bumped…  the dr will call tomorrow and we’ll get  this straightened out.
