Kentucky Cuts Ed. Funding, Gives Ark Park Giant Tax Break

I'm from Kentucky- actually live 15-20 minutes from where this "park" is meant to be built. It's literally in the middle of nowhere. No one in the area wants or supports this park. School funding seems to keep going down every year, but we can give huge tax cuts to a park that will most likely never be built? :doh:
