Interestingly, "devil's horn" may refer to cutaneous horns (cornu cutaneum....look up the pics if you're interested). Of course, it could be a pilar cyst, but given the location, it's more likely to be a sebaceous cyst. And my medical degree comes from University Wikipedia. :)

Being the damn, curious fool that I am, I had to look up "cornu cutaneum" and "sebaceous cyst" on Google images. I don't think I'm brave enough to post any pictures I've seen. His lump looks tame to what's provided by google or even youtube's "biggest zit" video. Damn my morbid obession with oddities!

That song sounds like (more likely it just plain is) an awful poem wich would probably be set to eve worse music. Reminds me of our national anthem... :flags-usa:
