well when I was in school I got spanked. one teacher had a baseball bad thinned down with holes in it. this was jsut a normal school so back 35 years ago it was a normal thing.

I started school over 50 years ago, and was never spanked or paddled.

It was not a normal thing everywhere.

I don't doubt that it happened, and still does. I just like to bring it to light and fight it when I can.
