I guess that page is extended family. There are plenty of pictures of them and the kids on the main blog.

The 'our family' page has all their birth children, and their children in law and grandchildren. So, all their children except the adopted ones.

Are the pictures recent? Like are the grandchildren or any of the pictures more recent then the adoption. Not that it completely excuses them but it could be that they forgot to update it. Still a shame on them but not as bad as updating and purposefully leaving out the adopted kids.
