Thanks to the thread on documentaries, I have found this fabulous old Louis Theroux episode, where he visits an evangelical fundie TV studio in Texas. "Angels on your body!" is what the receptionist says in closing a telephone call.... :D

I love when they go witnessing by driving a car around (it has the phone number of a church on the bumper) and he's all "Woo, I'm having lots of fun witnessing!"

I've just reached the bumper sticker man... I thought the programme was just following one ministry but it looks like a fundie road-trip. :)

I'm enjoying listening to the abusive messages people are leaving in resonse to his request to call him and follow the Lord..... :lol:

Oh how sad at the end. The poor woman who had been 'slain in the spirit' at the Revival: "I used to be homosexual for 30 year and now I am cured. I used to smoke pot. I used to smoke tobacco. I used to go to gay bars. Every time I am delivered from something new that I didn't know I had." :cry:
