We need anew theme song to get the ratings boosted for their show.

 

I have 2 suggestions to get the ball rolling

They have calendars announcing their cycles to everyone

Two themes that were meant tongue-in-cheek wouldn't need any changes to be delivered straight for the Duggars -- Family Guy and All in the Family:
