I saw this on Zuckbook today

I remember both of my grandmas using them and I ain’t no 60 years old.  Yeah it made me miss my grandmas a bit seeing such a machine.

Then this afternoon after work I stopped at an appliance store and what do I see…

Spoiler

(I went there to see how much a dryer would set me back.  The washer dryer combo works good but I’d rather have the separate dryer since the combo takes longer and doesn’t dry as well.  I have a working outlet at home).

I remember my mom using one when I was an little girl. She said she never got things as clean as she did with the ringer washer.

My grandma had a wringer washer down in the basement; I remember her using it when I was really little and we lived with her and Grandpa for a few months while my dad went to some Navy training school in New England somewhere. It sat there unused for years and years afterward, not sure when they finally got rid of it. I'm 64, so I guess for me that meme is pretty spot on. 😆
