I like how the "pro-lifers" are encouraging experimenting on prisoners.

Quoting myself to because I should have added the post I was referring to.

Pro life Christian "truth teller" Kristen Nicole Young thinks a doctor who experiments on inmates should get a pat on a back.

Kristin started a new podcast and if you can, please report her. She’s on Apple and Spotify that I know of. Her current episodes include homophobia (interviewing/bullying her bisexual brother), and COVID misinformation.

Please remember the FJ rule.  If you go to other sites and do things, please do not come back to make reports on FJ.

Ugh. Now Kristen is comparing defying vaxx mandates to being a patriot in the American Revolution. 🙄

Hahaha, guess she's ignoring the fact that George Washington made his troops get inoculated against smallpox!

I guess Kristen got an eyeful on her last post because now she's flouncing from IG. She does promise to do her podcast, but sorry, I refuse to listen to her drone on about God's Army and the Devil.

In my country, this past weekend a bunch of Christian fundamentalist teens dressed up as Nazi's and one Jewish prisoner to 'protest' our government's Covid rules. 😔

One of them was dressed in an old-school prisoner's outfit and was wearing a yellow David's star on his chest. The others were dressed as Nazi's. The outfits were really elaborate, not something you just throw together from items in your closet. They took pictures and videos and posted it on social media. It got a lot of backlash, thankfully. However, one of the Dutch extreme right wing parties supported them. The leader of this party said that this is the first time since WWII that a group of people is being singled out like this and is being prevented from participating in society 🙄.
I think it is absolutely shameful and completely ignorant to compare how non-vaccinated people are being treated to the holocaust. Unfortunately I don't think these people have any shame nor any intelligence to speak of.

  • 2 weeks later...

I'm shocked she hasn't posted about the results of the Arizona audit; she seemed so eager to see what they would find. Whatever could have happened!

Nor any knowledge of history. I honestly can't count how many times I'm told that this instance of the government telling you want to do is "the first step to the boxcars."
I;m a lot more worried about the boxcars when those guys are in power.

In all seriousness, I don’t think she knows or cares. Kristen isn’t about facts but about defending her personal world view.

Did whatever I had change my personality at all?  Maybe a good thing if it makes my asshole tolerance even lower than before.

Now thats the cats out of the bag, it feels nice to finally talk about it.
Mr. Dilly and I are excited, definitely alot of nerves during the first trimester. Had the worst morning sickness, finally getting appetite back and I've been craving spinach dip and refried beans.

My mother's family's farm (in northern California) was the stable touchstone of my childhood, the place we went for many holidays & most summers, if only for a week or two at a time. My mother was a travel enthusiast, my father was in the military, my younger sister & I grew up in the back of a car. Been in every state in the union except maybe North Dakota, spent three months in Europe, three months in Mexico -- all before I was a teen. I realized, as an adult, I don't actually like traveling. It makes me anxious. My mother kept traveling up until shortly before she died.

This place is much nicer when there aren’t drunk douche nozzles trying to start WWIII with my sister.

Last time I was here I brought my sister. There was a drunk douche cannon holding court here. He and my sister took mutual exeception to each other. Well he first then my sister responded.
We got out of there before he got even dumber since there’s another brewery across the street.  Drunk fucker didn’t follow us and I think some flashing lights a few minutes later were for him.

On the one hand, my mother did her best to raise my sibling & I secular & liberal/leftish, but on the other hand she regularly shipped me off to stay with her fundie farmwife mother for months at a time. I prolly spent at least a coupla years of my childhood out on that farm where my grandmother did her darnedest to convert me to all the regressive things (hilariously, all it did was push me further into the peacenik thing). I've got a lot more to say about my maternal grama, fwiw.
