wow, wow

jeremy makes her go deep doesn't he ? remember the time Ben made feel less then in his horrible video of yesteryar.

do we get any info about Jeremy's ego issues?

Why do these men always make the women go deep when they can just skirt any issue.

Jeremy just reached another level for me.

Maybe she get pressure to be skinny from her mom. Michelle admitted to have an ED when she was a teen. A lot of fundie women feel like they have to be skinny to get a man.

If Jinger had the same problems Michelle used to deal with, that just shows how unhealthy the “Jesus healed me”-approach is. Instead of actually dealing with an issue and eventually putting it to rest, it gets transferred onto the next generation.

Which girl got sent to Weight Watchers? Was it Jana? This would also add a layer of pressure on all the girls to be thin.

Jana had to go to WW with Michelle.

Eating disorders were rampant when I taught at fundagelical school. Not a single overweight girl in the MS/HS. We often found laxatives in the girls bathroom.

It's not just pressure to be thin. I'm not sure there was that much. I was very thin then (genetics not food issues) and considered too thin to get a man--not curvy enough. Women were supposed to be curvy but not too curvy. So there was definitely such a thing as too thin. But you couldn't be overweight, either. There was a magic perfect spot. But girls were pressured to be perfect. Perfectionism often contributes to eating disorders. So does feelings of lacking any control over yourself--your choices or who you are. And girls and women in evangelicalism definitely have reasons to feel that they have no control.

Why? Just to keep her company? She has certainly never been overweight? Cant a grown woman go to a slimming club on her own?

In JinJer news- Jinger has posted a video with a glimpse of Felicity- desperate times call for desperate measures. They have also recorded an interview with Fox News so that tells you all about their target audience. There’s a free chapter online- I’ll have a look but if I have to give my emai, I won’t bother!

The free chapter is on Reddit. It turns out the diary story is true. Someone did steal Jinger's diary and try to sell it on eBay.

Nobody cares about Jeremy’s issues, it’s anything they can scrape out of Jinger that might help the book sell.
And he knows it.

I had always assumed it was as a chaperone or more likely safety buddy. Weren’t the meetings held at night? If anyone needed WW at that time, it was JB.

Now available for pre order - Jinger is in a studio recording an audio of the book. Very poorly. And the family is starting to shill the book too. The pre orders must be mighty slim pickens!

I apologize if this shows up twice!

I’m pretty sure I remember them talking about Jana wanting/needing to go and what a good job she was doing sticking to the plan and making progress. So disturbing.

The theft of the diary also came about, because JB and Michelle had tons of strangers staying at the house. They even had the kids sleep on the floor and give the guests the beds.

I remember that episode. I remember thinking it was odd that Jana went because I never ever thought she was the slightest bit overweight.

So, this is a bit awkward…they’re in the middle of promoting the book hard and then Joshly gets himself arrested…?

Yeah, I was just wondering. Do you think they wrote something about Josh being all good now, because he's been healed by God and all that shit? Cause that would be sadly hilarious.. or hilariously sad, however you want to put it?

They should have given all the males air jordans because then it would have made more sense to look at their stupid feet when a sister yelled Nike!

We already knew that. It’s been in at least one of their previous books. It must be hard to come up with something new to say in a memoir when you’ve been on TV all your life and you’ve never actually done anything interesting.

Or the only interesting thing in your life is something you have forgiven and never want to speak about again.

Jinger and Jeremy have both shared this on their instagrams.

If you're not able to follow links on your device, the above link is a simple post with no pictures that says:

"We are disturbed to hear of the charges against Josh.

While this case must go through the legal system, we want to make it clear that we absolutely condemn any form of child abuse and fully support the authorities and judicial process in their pursuit of justice."

Did whatever I had change my personality at all?  Maybe a good thing if it makes my asshole tolerance even lower than before.

Now thats the cats out of the bag, it feels nice to finally talk about it.
Mr. Dilly and I are excited, definitely alot of nerves during the first trimester. Had the worst morning sickness, finally getting appetite back and I've been craving spinach dip and refried beans.

My mother's family's farm (in northern California) was the stable touchstone of my childhood, the place we went for many holidays & most summers, if only for a week or two at a time. My mother was a travel enthusiast, my father was in the military, my younger sister & I grew up in the back of a car. Been in every state in the union except maybe North Dakota, spent three months in Europe, three months in Mexico -- all before I was a teen. I realized, as an adult, I don't actually like traveling. It makes me anxious. My mother kept traveling up until shortly before she died.

This place is much nicer when there aren’t drunk douche nozzles trying to start WWIII with my sister.

Last time I was here I brought my sister. There was a drunk douche cannon holding court here. He and my sister took mutual exeception to each other. Well he first then my sister responded.
We got out of there before he got even dumber since there’s another brewery across the street.  Drunk fucker didn’t follow us and I think some flashing lights a few minutes later were for him.

On the one hand, my mother did her best to raise my sibling & I secular & liberal/leftish, but on the other hand she regularly shipped me off to stay with her fundie farmwife mother for months at a time. I prolly spent at least a coupla years of my childhood out on that farm where my grandmother did her darnedest to convert me to all the regressive things (hilariously, all it did was push me further into the peacenik thing). I've got a lot more to say about my maternal grama, fwiw.
