That was footage from the Netflix show The Floor is Lava.  The Africa shaped table was already there.

They don't even go that far. As I recall, the package comes with two unadorned potato heads, and a plastic bag of pieces. I don't think the Mr. parts and the Mrs. parts are even bagged separately. it is up to the responsible parent to store the lady bits inside the potato that they determined to be Mrs. and the male bits, which do not include a penis, inside the Mr.
