My inner movie nerd feels compelled to say that this cartoon:

is a reference to the ending of White Heat, in which James Cagney plays the psychopath Cody Jarrett. Jarrett has weird Mommy issues, as opposed to Trump's weird Daddy issues, and better hair. But, other than that, they're pretty similar. And the demented  idea that this is some sort of victory is shared, as well.
