I actually thought the same thing when I saw her giveaway. 
I did think it was a bit rude that Jill commented on derdick’s post about sex though. It’s still her brother and a young naive girl who had the same/similar upbringing as her. I thought she may show more compassion and understanding. Rather than the mocking but true truth.

I went to a very conservative Southern Baptist College and I can assure you he is 100% correct. The vast majority of people I know in conservative religious circles married young because of the relationship limitations they were expected to live by. I was not super conservative or SB, and I only lasted a year before transferring, but I've remained friends with several people I met there. 

Of my best friends is LDS and married at 19 and had a baby before even graduating. When I asked her why they were getting married so soon she flat out said "we want to live together". It's worth noting she was not LDS originally, she was raised Catholic, but her cousin was and went to an LDS college. Her cousin introduced her to a guy the summer we graduated high school, they hit it off, and she went to that college just to be with him and then converted.

It think his comment is hilarious because they have reached a whole new level of IDGAF!

I think that almost feels worse, though. I'd way rather someone want to marry me because they had mega hots for me and it was their only road to naked town than to use me as a way to get out of mommy and daddy's house

I promise you it’s the sex. We all know our parents will never actually respect us or treat us as equals. When you spend your entire life hearing “it’s better to marry than to burn” the choice is pretty obvious.

Obviously I don’t know, but my guess would be that Jill and Derrick very much approve of oral sex.

Having grown up on the fringes of the QF movement, this is really big for Jill.  You’re taught, whether explicitly or through example, that sex is not for pleasure(especially the woman’s pleasure). If it happens, great, but it’s really all about procreating—some QF leaders were basically like if you’re having fun it’s all wrong. and talked about praying before and after and making sex this solemn boring thing. It was this weird  thing because people really did marry young basically just to have sex, and then when you were exhausted from popping out the first baby and nursing and up all night, and not in the mood, you were told, well, it’s not supposed to be fun anyway, please your husband, procreate for God.

Jill is having sex for fun and not worrying at all about babies, because they’re using birth control.  Sex toys, sexy texts during the day, simply enjoying each other for fun and pleasure—all that is 180 degrees from what her culture growing up would have taught her.

Um, these folks know this too, all the fundy/fundy light women I know said the married so young so they could have sex. They were all divorcing as well, but they were still insisting their kids would be virgins until they marry. ?‍♀️

I’ve known a few Mormon couples and a few Baha’i couples who all waited for marriage to have sex and they were pretty open about intimacy being a big part of why they married young and married quickly. They would make little silly jokes about it. I just think we’re not used to the Duggars acknowledging that part of why couples choose to marry young but it’s definitely a part of it. Maybe the Duggers and their friends beat around the bush and make it about too much godly stuff whereas the people I have known have come from families where it’s just an acknowledged fact.
