I happened to be looking at local papers from back home and Ian and Larissa gave an interview. They had a second baby.

So many mixed feelings about the second kid (and the first).  However, if he does pass away young (severe health challenges make that a clear possibility) she'll still have two lovely kids. 

She has family and community support to make things work.  He has a daytime care taker, his mom babysits while she's at work.
