Yup. Where there's smoke (reddit), there's usually fire. I'm not quite sure why reddit is looked down upon here. They have great snark but I'm not a fan of the layout. It's much more organized here.

Ok I’m caught up.  Two local news agencies are reporting on this. Apparently one was reporting outside the home according the journalists twitter page when I did a Duggar search. FBI didn’t lie since it’s Homeland Security and that’s a different agency. I’m thinking it’s something with Josh if the reports of his business being raided are true along with the home because as someone pointed out it could have been his home not the compound. If this all true I’m thinking either money or worst case child porn. They may have been gathering computers from both locations if two places were searched. This would also explain Anna locking comments down. At this point we are at a wait and see till things are definitely  confirmed or denied by authorities

Could have been anything from "Yay, you left that dickhead. Here are some food pantries in your area!" Up to taking them in. Most people can't just take in 5 extra people though. 

Just the emotional support alone is priceless. I remember when he offered to help. It sounded sincere and I doubt he would have limited it to simply telling her where the nearest food pantry is.

Is there a reason to doubt Anna's brother? Has he a history of not following through on things? I don't know much about him but I thought it was very cool of him to step up and offer Anna a way out.

Following through with what exactly? He didn't specify anything publicly. People assume all sorts of things with no proof he had offered anything substantial.  "Her brother posted online that he would help!" Could very well mean almost anything but lots of people assume that he was willing to grab them and let them live with his family.

I thought testimonies were over today so I went to the grocery store. I got home and there were two new people being questioned.  I asked my cats what I’d missed but they’d been asleep and were no help at all.  

Now I have go catch up on the hearings AND monitor the latest Duggar scandal. 

I’m crossing my fingers and toes too.

Holy crap! I was over in JRod land because the Duggars have been boring as hell. I kept getting the DDoS cloud serve thing and wondered if Nurie eloped until I scrolled down. 

My gut says financial crimes and that Derrick knew when he was tweeting about JB and money. I need to sleep but I’m hoping to wake up to a Duggar in jail.

So it had to have been Josh's house raided and that's why Jed said he didnt live ther3and why JB and M said it didn't happen. 

It didn't happen at the BIG Duggar house, the raid was at Josh's!

Yes it’s a protection thing to keep the servers running. It helps to stagger traffic.

yep, and she is no longer on patheos. I used ti like her articles about unqualified med staff, fundies rejecting health care, etc etc, then she got into the Duggars - and 99% seemed to be made up.
