I think she just makes guesses with the info avalaible, and everyone could do that. She was saying it was child porn for sure, now that its being reported that all the cars disapeared from the car lot she is saying in her last video its probably related to selling stolen cars from other countries, fraud or money laundering in the car lot.

Pictures on Anna's instagram point to them now living in the warehouse "guest house", where they were living while the house was being renovated. It's at the front of the TTH property. These pictures look like it:

I don't think we ever determined why they moved out, nor do I think the Duggars have ever acknowledged it.

ICE also has a child predator program which is why some are speculating that. I certainly hope not. Financial sketchiness would be more welcome but given the history and fundie exploitation of children I think that also makes sense.

TLC's reaction I think will be very telling to how scandalous this all is. 

TLC will most probably keep screening and earning from the Duggars right up until the very last minute that public opinion turns against them enough to make TLC react.

Just my two cents 

I think the people at TLC are celebrating at happy hour over this.  They are probably already coming up with ideas for their next heavily advertised, “a very important Counting On...”

No matter how bad the charges are, no matter who the victims are—TLC will exploit the crap out of this.  They’ve done it before and I have no faith in their sense of decency.

Law enforcement agencies, including police departments often have a single person/officer (or a specific group of,people) who do all contact with the media.  I wouldn’t read too much into what other cases Cox has appeared in the media quoted in.

Mr. Butt was PIO (Public Information Officer) for the police department before he retired. He was the only one authorized (other than the Chief) to speak to the press. I think this Cox guy is simply the PIO for Homeland Security. He gets briefed by the individual entities under Homeland Security and does the press releases/statements for all the entities.

Color me completely gobsmacked since logging in to FJ earlier. Wowza. I echo and agree the various posts preceding mine. Here is my half centavo's worth of input:

1. Although I haven't worked in immigration law for the better part of a decade, I still have two contacts within Homeland, though I haven't contacted either one the last +/- 2 years. Not about to reach out to them now as current topic is well out of their purview. But it's 100% amazing what information is accessible to them. ?

2. In the middle- Aughts, a childhood friend reconnected with me. She shocked me with the news that her newly-ex-husband had been arrested and sent to federal prison for sexual assault on minorS. Yes, plural. He was one of those skeevy screaming KJV idiots who delighted in telling me I was going to h*%#. Whatever. ... Anyway, it turns out that the FBI (and possibly other alphabet agencies) had been quietly tracking and following him from church to church, state to state, building their case. I'm somewhat fuzzy on specific details these years later, but I know his wife was held for questioning as it defied belief that she was 100% ignorant of the situations + quick moves all those years, all those places. She ended up penniless and homeless though, if I remember correctly.

3. In the early 90s or so, a state trooper who had grown up in our little church congregation was arrested for sexual assault of a young child. Ugh. He served his sentence in state prison. And wanted to come back to that church when released. (I was gone by then.) Unfortunately I ran into him once in the community, and he introduced me to his wife! The next time I ran his name through the sex offender registry, he was in federal prison for child pornography from another country + Rufus only knows what else. The FBI was involved on this one too. A couple years ago I ran his name again -- and nothing. Turns out someone in prison shanked him. Can't say I shed a tear.

it will be"interesting" to see what unfolds in Duggarland. I'm not one to go around wishing I'll on folks I don't care for, but some justice would be nice here and there.

This was one of my initial thoughts.  With the foiled plot against the synagogue in my community a couple weeks ago, our leadership (synagogue leadership) were told by FBi reps to be watching the news the next couple weeks.  The heavy implication was, there were more groups being watched and more arrests coming.  The Duggar clan strike me as the sort who know just enough to maintain a "sweet" shiny surface and conceal a lot of socially putrid beliefs underneath.

I assumed they would buy or build a larger house with #6 on the way. They were running out of bedroom space, and with the kids getting bigger, they might want more space in general. Sounds like plans may be changing now.

I don't know why some people are dismissing this so soon. It's way too soon to know, and like others say, arrests don't happen immediately. Remember how everyone was dismissive of the Josh rumors, which then turned out to be very, very true. I wouldn't dismiss anything from these people.

I will be so happy if Derrick brought JB down. That would be hilarious.

I joked about that. Derrick is a jackass but I would buy his tell all book. I would also buy him a beer if he took down JB or Josh. He could paint it in a “white knight” way too. “I couldn’t do anything about what had happened to Jill as a child but I could do something to make sure they were held accountable now. It is the Christian thing to do after all we are called to bring sin to light.” Suddenly Derrick is the good guy outside of Jill’s family.

I'm not sure Derick is close enough to JB to know much of anything and I don't think he'd risk Jilly Muffin finding out.

With that said, I bet he wouldn't put anything past his sleazy father-in-law (or brother(s)-in-law as the case may be).  Derick's 100% dick himself, but I get the sense he has what he considers to be a moral code that he lives by.  That moral code may allow him to happily harass a transsexual teen online, but I suspect financial dirty dealings are another thing.  After all, dude works for Grub Hub, not the family "business".

Years ago, I remember threads speculating about what Jim Bob would do when the 19 Kids well ran dry.  I think it may have died a natural death had Josh's shenanigans - and then the rush to the alters - not raised the interest level in this very strange family.  But if we look at the list of Jim Bob's ever-growing dependents, there is no way Counting On, real estate flips, used car lots and a cell tower or two will keep everyone afloat forever.

Wreck's law degree is likely being paid for by JB and considering how he behaves online, there's probably a decent amount of dirt on him as well. I can't see him putting in the effort to make a complaint. He'll just do that on Twitter where he can get attention.
