She isn't allowed to see Andrew or James just now and hopefully Leah isn't around her unless it's supervised. Shawn blocked a lot of people on twitter when they questioned him blindly believing Amber, I know it's his sister but even from watching her on the show and her Instagram live outburst at Jenelle, it's obvious to see how unhinged she is. 

David and Jenelle have gotten away with lying again. The custody cases for Kaiser and Maryssa are still ongoing and hopefully a better judge will be on both cases and they will be taken again. Jenelle is making posts calling Maryssa a liar, calling Nathan's girlfriend his side chick when they have been together longer than her and Nathan were and accusing him of hitting Kaiser and blaming David. Kaiser has went from a happy child back to fake smiling in pictures in just a week. I fear for both those children.

That is why I doubt she got them from a doctor speculation has been rife about her using them again for a long time. Her behaviour on the show recently was mix of Jenelle and Farrah.

A few people from North Carolina have commented on twitter that their judicial system is a joke and that the judge that gave her the children back is useless. Her being on the show meant she had decent lawyer's as well. Gary, Amber's ex once said that if Jenelle had been from Indiana like Amber she would have ended up in prison a long time ago. She has been arrested more than double the amount of times Amber had and has had assault and drug charges too. Her ex's Gary and Courtland both took the rap for her on charges too.

I think it's the curse of reality tv. Most normal, emotionally healthy people won't agree to be on a reality tv show or if they do it's only for a one-off documentary type program. We see it across the board, the teen moms, the Gosselins, the Duggars, the Bateses, the list goes on. For someone to agree to that level of intrusion into their lives on an ongoing basis, it's not normal and in my opinion, it's not healthy.

 Does anyone know who this kid is? I question anybody allowing their child over to that place.   I don’t remember reading about any brothers that Maryssa hasn’t seen in a long time  And it’s clearly a different Jace/Jase than Jenelle’s son.

His dad is the man who handed the recording to David where Maryssa's mother said she is a good liar. Some people on twitter have said that it's Maryssa's mother is his mum and the dad has him full time others have said that she is not his mother. The fact he handed that recording over to David and has brought his son around them, tells you that this is not a nice person.

Amber put an Instagram post that accused Andrew of cheating and then deleted it. Even if Andrew had cheated that does not excuse violence against him. He is still seeking full legal and physical custody and alleging that Amber is often not taking her medication and is seeking that she can only see James supervised. 

Chelsea posted yesterday that a couple of weeks ago at home she began to choke on a piece of steak and Cole managed to perform the Heimlich maneuver and got it out. She shared a video that had lifesaving information on it. Glad for once one of the girls is using her platform for something positive, she also joked that her co stars are going to post click bait article about it.

Chelsea has really pleasantly surprised me over the years. When she first wound up on “Sixteen and Pregnant” she was such a hot mess and seemed so unsure of what to do with herself. We only see a little of their lives and appearances can be deceiving, but she seems to have matured into a really loving and stable parent for her kids despite the rough start she had.

She definitely has, I always liked her but she needed to stop letting Adam walk all over her and give up on him and she did rely too much on Randy in the beginning but unlike most of the other girls, she waited until she found a decent man for her and Aubree before settling down and isn't causing drama all the time. She even put aside all the negative feelings she had for Taylor, Adam's ex and built a friendship with her so that Aubree and Paislee will still have a relationship even though Adam isn't around for them both and Taylor's husband adopted Paislee.

I agree @Glasgowghirl - She has really come far, managed to get her education done and focused on a happy and healthy life for Aubree without jumping from relationship to relationship.

I'm so happy for her and Cole, after watching her cry over Adam in the early seasons and her dad re assuring her that she would find someone that treated her good.

I think Gary and Kristina went to court to support her for Leah's sake, she hasn't seen Leah after the police got called and probably won't see her unsupervised either. Leah despite everything still loves her mother.

David's ex, Olivia Leedham has posted a gofundme for more legal fees to protect Kaden from David, that must mean that he is now trying to get access again. She has stated that her and her family have already spent over fifty thousand dollars on protecting Kaden but as a single mum of two children, she is now running out of money.

She also mentions that Kaden doesn't want to see or talk to his father, David only had access for a few months before the 911 incident with Jenelle, which happens to be the last night Kaden stayed with them. She mentions both the 911 call and the incident with Nugget getting shot as reasons she wants to protect Kaden. This child doesn't need even supervised access with David.

Update it's not access to Kaden they are seeking it's full custody, David accused Olivia of using drugs and having multiple men in Kaden's life, sounds like he is describing his wife not his ex. 

Olivia's gofundme has already reached almost three thousand dollars. A lot of Jenelle's hater's have donated and left funny names on it. I hope she reaches or even passes her five thousand target because that little boy deserves to be with his mother and sister and not two abusive assholes that don't deserve to have the children they already have in their care. NC Legal system has already let down Maryssa, Kaiser and Ensley when they returned them, I have little faith in them protecting Kaden.

Yes, they both realised Adam and Ryan were not good boyfriend's or father's. They both found great men that stepped up as good father's to Aubree and Bentley and they both put their children first. 

Adam let his other daughter, Paislee be adopted by her stepfather Joe, I follow his ex Taylor on twitter and Instagram and they seem to be a good happy family, Joe is the only father Paisley has really known, even when Adam had Paislee every other weekend he barely bothered with her.

Ryan missed Jagger's birth because he was in rehab, gets out wastes no time going out and getting drunk, skips paying a bar tab and ends up in Jail, and then gets out and gets Mackenzie pregnant again. While Bentley is now needing counseling to deal with what has happened and Ryan won't even talk to Bentley and acknowledge his mistakes or the impact it has on him but blames it on Maci because she put him in sports and makes him do a few chores, he even said one time it was unfair Bentley had to do chores but Jayde and Maverick didn't, they were about one and two at the time he said that.

It's now gone they barely raised any money and gofundme took it down because they are obviously not poor.

They have in the past day left fake reviews at Olivia's work, posted Olivia's criminal record online, which was a few traffic offences and one for urinating in public, compared to Jenelle and David's record that is nothing and this was from before she had her children. They have have also posted a nude of her on her gofundme page and found a few pictures of her on nights out and used it to say she is a drunk and that she stabbed David used a few shady pictures as their evidence. I hope Olivia gets them arrested for revenge porn and harassment. 

I hope CPS uses all this as evidence in their appeal against Ensley, Kaiser and Maryssa being returned.

I wish Maryssa’s mom or grandma would do a go fund me to regain custody of her. She doesn’t even seem to appear on Jenelle’s Instagram. I remember seeing joint birthday parties for her and Jace in the previous years, but not a mention of her birthday this year. I feel like this girl is probably treated like crap for speaking the truth to CPS. I think Jenelle was awful to her before that and is probably even worse now. She doesn’t seem to have anyone in her corner fighting for her.

They should but with CPS still appealing the decision against them being returned just now, they are probably waiting that outcome first before they act. If they did people would donate.

The Court records for David and Olivia's Court hearing for Kaden's custody in June have been released and it has been revealed that it was the 911 call that got the access stopped, as suspected Jenelle admitted under oath that her and David were extremely drunk while four children were under their care, she denied David hit her that night but the judge did not believe her. Olivia also stated that she noticed changes in Kaden's behaviour from when David first got access to him unsupervised and that it gradually got worse last summer and he started to improve again once access was suspended in October. David was allowed between the access being suspended and the June hearing twice weekly Skype calls with Kaden and he never called him once, so much for wanting a relationship with his son then.

People who reported the judge in NC that gave the children back, have been told that the Judge will be investigated. CPS is still appealing the decision but that will probably not be heard until the investigation against the judge is concluded.

Audio has been uploaded on youtube of Amber threatening Andrew and she mentions the sword. She also refers to James as an it and refuses to look after him. This was before the incident she got arrested but seems a carbon copy of what happened that night. 

She needs to be kept away from both Leah and James and needs proper mental health treatment.

Unfortunately, I think things are going to get way worse before she wakes up and accepts she needs drastic changes and thorough treatment:(
