Josh, Anna, the M' kids Part 20: Girl Needs Some Serious Therapy

I'm late to this discussion, but I think most of the calendar thing actually comes from Razing Ruth and over time people remembered it as coming from the Duggars. She wrote about periods being tracked on the family calendar. It's really weird that she would make that kind of stuff up.

Honestly, I’m shocked it took as long as it did to uncover her for the fraud that she is. That entire blog post is absolute rubbish and completely over the top. I do realize that hindsight is 20/20 but there is no way I could have read that and not had doubts about her authenticity. There were a few things that were relatable to my own fundy upbringing but most of that was laughable.

I interpreted the watching the calendar comment to be in reference to how many months since her last baby and how long after her last pregnancy she usually announces. The girl's did probably know when Michelle had her period though, the did clean her bathroom and all of them at one point had laundry as their jurisdiction, so even if they didn't keep track they would know roughly what day's she had them. I always knew when my mum and sister had theirs because we only had one bathroom and shared a room with my sister.

Mr Melon and I consider ourselves ex Mormons.We don't go church,anymore,but our names are still on the rosters.

Which I find kind of ironic,there's a Mormon church a mile from our home,and we were still active,that would be our ward.

Mr Melon never became an elder,he did become a priest when he was baptized.He used to attend the Priesthood meetings,and granted,this was years and years,ago.He said in Priesthood meetings,that they said a husband and wife should have sex for procreation,mainly.That the husband and wife should have as many children as possible.I would certainly think physically ,emotionally and financially.

We had three,because we felt like it was what we could handle.But I knew families with 4,5.7 even 9.

Yes,he was 18 when he joined the church.I was,too.

The church offered to sponser him on a mission,but he keeps a beard because he has a very heavy beard.They have to be clean shaven.

So Anna is definitely deleting any comments about the Nathan/Nurie engagement on her Instagram. Via the fundiesnark subreddit,  she's even blocking people for commenting congratulations.

while I think that's weird as a lot of them are probably duggar suck ups, I think just as many are probably snarky individuals like ourselves and the redditors. I don't blame her for blocking and deleting, especially if she's not thrilled about the match (which, lets face it, she's not). She's heavily pregnant, married to Josh and has five other kids. She probably doesn't need the added drama

I don't understand why people would be offering Anna congratulations. Nothing happened to her. Maybe it's bc I don't use SM but I'd think it was weird if someone posted congratulations to me on a siblings engagement.

Especially as she hasn’t posted  anything about it. It’s strange to mention something on an unrelated post.

Reading that and then reading the gushing sympathy in the comments, I have to wonder about her mind frame as she read comments. Satisfaction that readers believed it all??? Or amusement that she could screw with people to this degree????

I wonder if it was her plan to scam people the entire time or if for a while she was just role playing and liking the attention.

Anyone see Anna’s latest Instagram  post and link to the People article? Nothing newsworthy but a random quote about parenting being both a “blessing” and “unpredictable.” What does this mean? What unpredictable bomb is about to drop???

@AussieKrissy, you're not the only one confused! But the remarks by @louisa05 appear to be about a former poster (Razing Ruth) and not about Anna Duggar.

(The first time I read them, I thought the poster was referring to Anna and couldn't figure out what the remarks referred to regarding "screwing with people." My confusion was compounded by the fact that louisa5's post mentioned "comments" and the posts just before hers were addressing comments on Anna's Instagram about Nathan's engagement.)

Us Weekly (not People) has been doing profiles on all the pregnant Duggars so I think this is just Anna’s turn. The unpredictability comment is just her talking about how before she had a baby she had certain ideas about how everything would go but once she actually had kids she realized that parenting is, well, unpredictable. It doesn’t seem to be anything specifically to do with this pregnancy.

All I noticed was that she had the comments turned off. Probably because Josh was in the photo.

So  the rumor mill is flying like crazy right now. Did the FBI in Arkansas really raid Josh's house and was he arrested? There are comments on Anna's Instagram page and a few people posted things on Facebook. 

Update: There are a few people on Facebook who are commenting saying Josh was arrested. There are different comments saying child pornography and taxes. Is there any truth to any of this?

I'm refreshing the Reddit thread constantly, but nothing has been confirmed. Allegedly the person leaking information is an attorney in Arkansas. Anna has deleted the family photos she posted earlier and is apparently deleting comments asking about whether Josh has been arrested. 

I love drama as much as anyone but wow wow WOW I do not want this to be true for the M kids' sake.

I just googled Josh and then the Duggs in general and saw nothing like that. Granted, it's 12:35 am on the East Coast, so...

Yeah, I saw that. I noticed the date on the blind item was dated back in October. I am just shocked that there is no news article about this yet confirming or denying it was Josh. Everyone on FB, Instagram, and Reddit seem to assume it involves him, but others are skeptical waiting for an article to confirm that it really is Josh.

I'm on the East Coast as well and actively googling. Nothing has come up confirming any of this involves Josh.
