Figured this needed its own topic to compile all the bullshit.

First up is this jackhole of a judge in Tennessee

Quote

A Tennessee judge posted racist and anti-Semitic articles on his Facebook page, including one saying that Jews should “get the f**k over the Holocaust.”

A coalition of organizations, including Jewish ones, have called for a reprimand of Jim Lammey of the Shelby County Criminal Court.

Lammey posted a link to an article written by known Holocaust denier David Cole that referred to Muslim immigrants as “foreign mud” and made the Holocaust slur. He also shared anti-immigration articles, memes and conspiracy theories, The Commercial Appeal reported.

The judge has denied being racist or anti-Semitic and says he has the right to free speech, according to the report. He also says that nothing that he has shared on Facebook would prevent him from judging all cases fairly.

And of course if you read on he had to trot out the old "my best friend is" excuse.  I hope he gets a smack down from the judicial discipline folks in Tennessee.

Then there's these jackholes in Pennsylvania...

Quote

A Pennsylvania school district has come under fire for an active shooter drill video that had a teacher pretending to be a shooter and wearing what was meant to be a Middle Eastern headdress.

The video, which was filmed in January, shows an active shooter drill intended to practice emergency protocol and “build confidence in the staff members’ awareness of how to respond to an emergency,” the Penn-Trafford School District, which is located just east of Pittsburgh, wrote in an online statement posted on Wednesday.

In the video, two teacher volunteers were given “costumes and accessories” from an active shooter drill consultant group to “alter their appearance so that they were not readily recognizable,” the statement reads.

One volunteer, seen in screen grabs of the video that were posted on social media, wore a zip-up jacket and “long blonde wig with a scarf tied around his neck and head and a paintball/tactical mask over his face,” the statement says.
