They completly mixed everything in the wrong way.

I found it. Trace published mudding photos on the November 30. So i guess it happend then. Zach birthday was December 30, so he had a "party" a month before. Baby Kade was born on November 9. ? 

I really dont get it why they had to show it like all of these happend on the same day? Has no sence.

Yup, considering their beliefs it is hypocritical, if they were not fundie and more mainstream, they would just seem vain at worst but not hypocritical.   And you make a good point they would like the whole world to operate this way because Jesus but yet, they are incredibly superficial.

I think the tv exploitation may be the bigger concern with Dads but I can see them having questions about the boys' actual incentive to work because the show money is rolling in.   Questions may abound about what will happen when that money dries up and what skills do they have to fall back on in that case.   But I can see some Dads being very worried about their daughters giving up all privacy in their lives by marrying into that bunch.    The only daughter in law thus far is Whitney who didn't grow up fundie, was not living with her parents when she married, and probably had less quibbles about going on TV.   But a hardcore fundie Dad is going to have some real issues with fame, lack of privacy and modesty.

It's a different definition of modesty. It's all about what areas of skin to cover and has nothing to do with "freedom from vanity, boastfulness, etc., simplicity; moderation" (dictionary.com). It's about "Can you see more than two inches of skin below my clavicle? If I'm kneeling, does my skirt touch the floor? Does the skirt have a slit? If it does, does the top of the slit go no higher than the crease of the knee? Is this blouse tight across the chest?" It is ALL about appearances and meeting standards that someone has set.

Agreed! The timeline is off. I remember UP TV posting pictures of Zach alone doing promo for the season. And they then said it was just Zach because Tori had called and said she was in labor, so they'd all dashed away to go there for the birth.  They weren't muddin', they were having their photos done.

Thanks to all of you with evidence the syncs/scenes are all messed up. If the editing crew has to do this in order to present tension or drama, think how utterly worse the show would be without them jacking with the timing of stuff. Hey, wait a minute... did they actually show an episode where Gil didn't choke up and finger-wipe his fake tears away? Not watching it again so I'll never know, but I think the editors forgot to include one of those this time.

I think Lawson is good looking. But Nathan and Trace are definitely not. Which would be no important, if their personalities were nicer.

I would be surprised to see a courting announcement. Most likely a pregnancy announcement from Whitney, Erin or Alyssa. Possibly all 3.

I don't know. The post makes it seem as though the surprise is going to happen during the episode. If it was a pregnancy, whoever it is would be pretty far along since the episode was filmed months ago.

Why does everyone call him “baby Kade” vs. Kade? I don’t recall any other Bates baby being called baby Fill in the blank.  There isn’t an adult Kade to get him mixed up with.

Idk but I always call my nephew baby E, even though he's 5 and the only one in the family with that name.

I have to admit Lawson is just my cup of tea. As long as he stays completely quiet so that nothing of the ugly inside comes out obviously.

I certainly don't find them attractive, but I'm sure plenty of women do.

I'm done with all the birth episodes. I hope that Josie follows in Alyssa's footsteps and doesn't have her labor and delivery filmed.

I actually give Alyssa credit for not filming her labor and delivery, she is hell bent on that having that level of privacy.

They said in September but didn't give specific date. I'm kind of surprise because the last couple seasons have gone on for a really long time. But maybe they don't have anything coming up except Carlin's wedding and Josie's pregnancy? Which was announced in the episode. The gender they said they'd announce during the Expecting episode.

I'm kind of surprised they didn't just make Kade's birth episode all one episode and save the Christmas part for later or for a whole episode. It was weirdly added on. First a Christmas party but not everyone there and then it was the Big Christmas party or something but it didn't look like a lot of people were there either and but Josie and Kelton gave Gil and Kelly a gift bag to open and they were the only ones to open a gift. I'm not entirely sure either of them were parties.

Thanks! I think they said they use “I Love You Day” like a Christmas type celebration with gifts and a big dinner. Maybe that’s why nobody was really there and there weren’t many gifts being opened.
