I'll guess girl for Jessa and Ben. No idea on names because I can't think of any female Christian heroes off the top of my head. Maybe Mary or Martha to be super biblical...though of course that's Josh's letter.

Boy for Joe and Kendra: more family names. What's Kendra's dad's name? Maybe that with middle name Robert?

Girl for Josh and Anna: Maggie Suzette or Molly Annette. Once, I would have guessed Madeline, but that's too close to Madison.
