I"m not sure he moved, nor am I sure this is a real "job."

The website for the company https://www.nationwidewholesaleinvestmentproperties.com/our-company/ is scant on details, and investors can be anywhere.  I have a feeling all investors get the "chief investment officer" title but very quick research doesn't support or deny my suspicions.  I also can't find where it's registered as a business and I don't have any names to search either.

(NOTE:  there are lots of Bluewater and Blue Water Properties and this one was hard to find to begin with.)

Replying to myself to continue: his FB page says he's "Chief Investment Officer" but his LinkedIn says "CEO/Founder." Unless the corporate website is wrong, he is not the latter of those.

LinkedIn also has several active jobs.

That website URL doesn't look shady at all. /s

Fingers crossed that he did not leave a good contractor job--or a good government job--to skip over to DC and join something suspiciously sounding like an MLM. (I feel funny for really caring. I've never met them, but I really do care)

Any word on the baby? Healthy mama healthy baby? Even if one or none of those are the case, a supportive spouse and family can more than make up for it. Sincerely wishing the best for everyone.

I'm a little disappointed that I can't find any wedding pictures posted anywhere.

The girl who photographed the wedding has said on her Instagram that she won’t be able to show any sneak peeks for a couple of MONTHS.

Idk about anyone else, but my wedding photographer had sneak peeks for us the day after our wedding, and all our photos were done in a month and a half. They were (are) BEAUTIFUL, too. Not at all rushed. So I’m not sure where she’s getting her timeline from.

Charlotte’s wedding photos are up. She looks beautiful and went for a modern look. I’d love to see more photos of the other girls and their partners.

I hope they had a beautiful day!

Link?  Or even a hint as to where they are up.

And, oh how cute.  According to Facebook Jessica Boyer is now  a "senior investment advisor at Bluewater Properties."

Did we say that business looked a little shady?  I don't think I'd trust Ms failed MLM under-educated Jessica Boyer to advise me on property investments.

Nice dress. Unique but simple and classy. Not sure I'd say the same about his suit, but maybe it's just a bad photo.

Not only to advise you -- to advise you with seniority!  That's an experienced advisor right there, yessirree.

This is impressively scammy. The spelling errors, the Random capital Letters, the fact that the first question in their FAQ is basically "isn't this deal too good to be true?"

I'm sure that the logo is ripped off from somewhere but I'm blanking on where I've seen it before.

Judging from that website, Bluewater Investment looks shady as hell.

I see multiple red flags: no names or resumés of company employees or leaders; multiple spelling, grammar, and usage errors in their copy; ridiculous & unverifiable claims of profitability; no way to investigate their offerings or claims without at least signing up. Can't imagine anyone with half a brain or real experience in business who would be taken in by their pitch.

I do like Charlotte's wedding dress, though, and I hope they're happy together.

unless Daddy Boyer had/has a side job as an investor in which he mentored Jessica (in the same manner that he mentored Charlotte at his current endeavor--i don't remember what it is; something IT related?), then Jessica's title and position are little more than straight-up bullshit.  the term "advisor" implies comprehensive knowledge of the field, and "senior" implies significant experience; Jessica's prior online presence indicates that she has neither in regard to investing.  so if this Bluewater operation thinks it's ok to hire former grocery store managers in this capacity, my first instinct would be to run like hell.

on another note, i haven't looked at Charlotte's wedding info yet; has she indicated whether she will continue to work?

Fancy-shmancy titles are often meaningless.  However, this seems to be the brainchild of Jessica's intended.  An entrepreneur of the highest water.  Or a budding scammer.

Per LinkedIn Chris Stitt is: the CEO and Founder of Bluewater Properties from April 2019 to present.  Also an Emerging Technology Specialist at Perfect Presence, LLC (Dec 2018 - present.) The CEO of  Anchor Holdings (2014 - present). And the CEO of DatePlace (Feb 2018 - present.)  I haven't tried to track them down.

All while also an Aviation Technician for the US Army Reserves (April 2018 - present.)  So that is not his full time job.

Busy little bee. DatePlace.  I wonder whether dating Jessica gave him an idea for a business.  Designed to keep your date "stress free," DatePlace will plan it.  All you have to do is pick your date and go.  It sounds like an escort service!

And the businesses are based or registered all over the place.  Pensacola, Baltimore, DC ...

Another possibility I will offer is this guy is a what I call a "dabbler", he starts something, works on it for a bit, loses interest then moves on to next shiny thing, leaving the other business in existence in name only but there's no one at the wheel.  Knew a guy like this, his resume was a list of fancy titles in his self created businesses, but he was neither a entrepreneur or a scammer, just someone who didn't stick with one thing.   Looking at his resume one would think he had a lot of experience but really, it covered for a whole lotta nuthin'.

I hope for Jessica's sake, Chris isn't one of those because she doesn't have the education or experience to take up the financial slack.   The guy I mentioned above?  His mother helped him out when his "businesses" weren't working out.   And when he married, his wife was the one doing the heavy lifting in supporting them.

Agreed.  Although that Bluewater Property Enterprises site looks as fishy as hell!

Think about how many businesses the Maxwells have gone through.  Also failing businesses can be tax deductions for a limited time.

If anyone has time to explore today (I don't) Anchor Holdings and Investments, registered Pensacola FL, is the longest lived business and possibly successful.

Not counting the co-ownership of the pizza restaurant and surf board business now defunct.

Haven't looked too much into the what/where/when, but from what is listed here, it does look like they are all in cities with military bases. I know that several military folks start something at each base they are stationed at. Usually, it's buying properties that are then let out to renters. This is the first I heard of llc-type businesses, though.

Looks like Jessica is getting married this weekend! I almost feel bad for her; after putting so much stock into the idea that she had to be the first to get married because she’s the oldest, she’s now the last. And I have a feeling that her sisters will remind her of that at every opportunity.

I don’t think her sisters will. I never got the impression they were the type to rub things in each other’s faces. I just think Jessica was so devastated by her break up, that Brigid’s wedding felt like a punch in the face. I imagine Brigid was doing everything a normal bride would do. But Jessica was just so upset that it all hurt.

It really is quite bad! If I were to invest in Real Estate, I would probably look Elsewhere.

Impressively scammy indeed.  The phrase "if it's too good to be true, it probably is" would be going through my head.

Hope that it's just all spelling errors and bad phrases, but if it's a scam (sure sounding like it) Jessica would have no idea.   And she's so anxious to get married that if there was anything that seemed a bit off to her she would completely rationalize it.

Spoiler

How Do We Do It?

Pretty simple really. We don’t like to over complicate things.

Our company has honed our marketing to a point where we’re pretty darn good at it. We find and acquire deeply discounted Baltimore, MD real estate then make those properties available to you at DEEPLY discounted prices from current market value.

Well I mean, sure, selling deeply below current market value is a great investment strategy.
