Lori Alexander 33: Counting Everyone's Calories

Recommended Posts

Forget the garlic, that’s a hellish amount of salt!

I know Lori has a health issue that (she says) requires her to eat a high sodium diet, but surely she can supplement or put extra salt on her portion instead of soaking the only dinner she ever serves her husband in salt (which can’t be healthy for him, on top of tasting disgusting). My partner likes his food a lot saltier than I do, so he adds salt at the table. It’s easier to put more salt in than to cover the taste of existing salt, and this way our kids aren’t following him in developing a palate that requires (what I view as) excess salt.

I don't think Lori wears sunscreen.  That's going to cause a lot of sunspots for someone living in California spending as much time in the sun as she does.

Not to mention melanoma.

four teaspoons of salt

holy cow.  that is a lot of salt (I managed to make it to where she said stevia because I was...curious), so I didn't get to that point in the video.

I am someone that LOVES salt, though I'm getting better about it the older I get.  I used to joke, I would be happy with a salt lick if they made one for humans.  For those that may not know, a salt lick is a giant cube of salt for livestock.

That is way, way too much salt for even me.  yuck!

I caught this.. The last question about volunteering has since been deleted. Besides that--6 hours to make bread! AS if any mom with young kids has the time for that. Can you believe she doesn't know the diference between whole wheat flour and all -purpose. Its clearly labeled to start. See her IG for a photo of the bags. Has she never had sourdough before?! I can't believe she is 60 and doesn't know the most basic things.

Perhaps that first asshole needs to find out why his wife is distracted and address that issue. Also if they are devout Catholics then they are likely using NFP which means no sex for about a week around ovulation. As most women probably know that is also the time of the month when we are most “in the mood”. If they don’t do period sex, that’s another week of no sex. Or if they are having babies as they come instead, she is chasing small children and likely pregnant or nursing most of the time and exhausted.

But God forbid these poor horny men think beyond themselves for five seconds.

She added this disclaimer to her post yesterday. Didn't someone here point out it being odd her referencing yin/yang as a Christian? More proof she reads here and is in fact learning from those she doesn't agree with.

***I am not promoting yin and yang and where these roots come from since I am a believer in Jesus Christ and His ways. I am simply showing you how even the secular world and doctors who study the body and hormones, specifically, come to the same conclusions that the Bible does. The best place for women is in the home! They were not created physically to be out in the workforce.

Lori does not believe in Jesus Christ and his ways. His ways are based on love and compassion, and Lori has neither of these. She believes in Paul and his ways.

If you are lazy like Lori or have a housekeeper like Lori, housework is not physically taxing for you personally, but anyone who actually does it knows that's a lie.

Lori should put her money where her mouth is and stop using any service provided by a woman, hypocrite.

Where on God's green Earth do Lori and her brood get the idea that women just HATE sex?!?!!?!?!?!?! Seriously. None of my friends that I have met have hated sex. The only person I know who went regularly without sex did so due to a MEDICAL condition that has now been solved. How selfish and arrogant of these men to go to another woman's page and trash their wives for their lack of sex drive (or lack of desire to be with an arrogant asshole).  UGH.

For people that are supposedly modest, they talk about sex A LOT.   I don't think I've talked about sex as much in my life as Lori blogs about it and I'm not particularly prudish....it just doesn't come up as much as it seems to with Lori.

I, personally, do not care what my husband does with regard to porn (as long as it's legal) or masturbation.  He's an adult.  I don't need to follow him around constantly and keep track of what he's doing with his penis 24/7.

I have never once worried about my husband cheating because he does either of those things (I'm guessing because I don't monitor his penis).

When I see stuff like this all I think is that these people don't trust their faith, don't trust their husbands, don't trust their marriage vows and really don't even trust themselves.  It must be a horrible existence.

If only she would learn to quit centering the text on her blog.  I've posted about it, told Ken and nicely supplied him with actual references to prove that I wasn't just blowing smoke about it being a big no-no.

LORI please for the love of all that is holy just google it yourself and you will see that centering text is a website/blog no no.

@Curious, Godly blogs use centered text. Why do you hate the Lord and His ways?

Why does the Lord want me to have a headache when trying to read what the mouthpiece for the God of the Universe has to share with us mere mortals?

I guess only the Godliest of the Godly blogs uses centered text because I've never run across it when reading other Godly blogs

Lori's upcoming post will begin with:

"Some woman who CLAIMS to be Christian has asked why I center the text on my blog. She clearly hates the Lord's ways.  I center the text because I teach women. Most likely, women can read better when the words are centered because, as the weaker sex they should look neither left nor right. Let's look at the commentaries of old for more on this salvation issue."

From today's blog -- so is this horn dog actually admitting that if his wife were unable to have sex at all he'd be unfaithful?

I too don’t understand the obsession they have with sex- in the sense that I have never met a man so hyper focused on sex.

And wtf is she even talking about “women aren’t created physically to be in the workforce”? It’s like she has no knowledge or awareness of history or the work done by women now to maintain their families. She is lazy and spoiled with no awareness of her privilege.

And guess what Loriken? The “cost” of me working does not in any way negate what I bring home (financially and otherwise).

I’m pretty sure Lori’s blog is the only truly godly blog out there. And your headache is surely just a sacrifice for the Lord and a sign that you are a frail woman unfit to ever leave your home, be educated or have independent opinions. Keep reading her blog and you will become submissive enough to center your own text at all times ( if your male overseer wants you to, of course).

Given what LorKen and their followers write on their blog they should be placing the text on the, ahem, far right!

Does he not have 2 good hands?   I don't really publicize this because it's no one's business, but it's been probably 15+ years since my husband and I have had PIV sex.  My not being in excruciating pain is more important to him than his "need."   Do I wish things were different, sure and I'm sure he does too, but he doesn't harp on it or hold it over my head that his "needs" are not being met.

If these men really loved their wives as Christ loved the church they would think about their wives feelings and not just their "need."   I've never worried once about my husband cheating because he can't have sex on demand.  It must be horrible not to be able to trust the person that is supposed to be your partner in life.
