Affordable Care Act shortened enrollment period

I am trying to get the word out and hope this is the correct place to do it. Though political, it affects people's health so I thought maybe it should go on this forum?

The current administration has shortened the enrollment period for Obamacare, and cut the advertising budget by 90%. This seems to be an effort to make Obamacare fail so that a replacement can be passed. Snopes has confirmed this. http://www.snopes.com/trump-obamacare-advertising-enrollment/
