Yeah, I realized I was necroing this thread. Definitely no strong opinions here, I haven't followed the Gosselins for a very long time, but the thread popped up in my unread content stream.

Today, Collin won. Jon has physical and legal custody. It’s temporary custody for now while it works through the court system. I don’t see why the court would reverse the decision. Kate did not even be bothered to show up.

She filed a motion this week to delay the hearing. The motion was denied. Her lawyer did not even bother to show up. She is so use to getting her way that she won’t take no for an answer.

I wonder what this family would be like today if there had been no TV show.  I think the two drips would still be divorced and probably fighting about petty stuff, but the kids would be a million times better off.
